I have been to Bali no less than 20 times and I can say without hesitation that Puri Bambu Hotel is the best value for money hotel I have stayed in in Indonesia. The hotel provides friendly and professional service from check-in to check-out. There were basically no issues and all my requests, such as rubber bands to protect the DVDs or a bathroom scale to weigh my bags before leaving, were met. The room was clean, the housekeeping was excellent during my 10 day stay, the breakfast was generous and reasonably priced. (Butter tuna is delicious). You can choose to dine in the restaurant or in the tranquil garden by the pool. Speaking of the pool, it is very large and has a safety guardrail, and the water temperature is just right. There are about 60 people working at the hotel, one of whom I spoke to has been working here for 18 years. This also ensures the hotel's service quality. This is a family hotel with a young and energetic manager. Due to his intensive management, all employees work in an orderly manner. Of course, the hotel is not perfect. The only drawback is that walking to the famous Jimbaran Bay restaurants requires crossing a 400-meter-long busy road full of vehicles, and there are no clear traffic lights. Of course, this cannot be blamed on the hotel. The government should be responsible for this and install traffic lights. I have no hesitation in recommending Puri Bambu Hotel to anyone holidaying in Bali. Harvey Deegan

なぜここまで評価が高いのか、まったくわかりません。緑に囲まれたプールやオープンエアーのダイニングはそれなりに雰囲気があるのですが、いかんせん部屋がひどすぎる。日が当たらず常に薄暗く、ベッドは埃臭く、シャワーはお湯がほとんど出ず、シーツもタオルも使い倒されてぼろぼろ。もはや過去の遺物としか思えない老朽化ぶりで、部屋に入った瞬間このホテルを選んだことを激しく後悔しました。しかもこれで格安ならあきらめもつくのですが、価格だけはそれなりというのがまた解せず… 部屋にいるだけで気持ちが萎えるので、外に出かけてみたものの、周りには（ビーチ沿いのレストラン以外）見事になにもありません。いるだけで気持ちが荒みます。空港から近いというだけで選んだのですが、これならまだクタにすればよかったと後悔ばかりです

Découvert en 2018 cet hôtel nous avait séduit par son charme son calme et l extrême implication du personnel à nous aider pour organiser nos différents transferts. Nous y sommes donc revenus 3 fois lors de notre séjour 2023 en Indonésie (Bali, Papousie). De la réservation à l 'accueil et à l aide à nouveau prodiguée pour rallier nos différents points de chute nous avons été très bien servis par Iin. Nous avons eu des aléas de vols et multiples retards malgré ceci à notre arrivée il y avait toujours quelqu'un qui nous attendait. Nous avons pu prendre de bons repas chauds en dehors des heures habituelles. En 5 ans, l hôtel a vieilli comme nous mais il garde son charme avec son magnifique jardin et sa piscine. Certes les chambres sont un peu sombres mais elles disposent toutes de terrasses extérieures. Les boissons chaudes à disposition toute la journée sont aussi très appréciables PURI BAMBU est et restera notre lieu stratégique et logistique à proximité de l'aéroport car le service et l'amabilité de son personnel sont remarquables. Merci à Iin et son équipe pour les conseils, la qualité des véhicules et chauffeurs mis à disposition à des tarifs très corrects.

Belle chambre et salle de bain . Belle piscine . Accueil très sympathique . Le personnel est très serviable ( pas de wifi dans la chambre mais résolu le jour d’après ) Petit déjeuner décevant ! Pas de jus frais ! Choix entre indonésien et œuf tartine . Par contre petite crêpe indonésienne très bonne . Thé café et eau à volonté . Bref bien mais avec un petit effort pourrait être beaucoup mieux ! Proche de la plage de jimbaran par contre pas grand chose d’autre autour . Mais calme ! Rapport qualité prix ok mais pour le futur je choisirai un autre
