4 months after our last tour early February we were now to Pinksten back in the chanzenhouse. The greeting at the arrival in the morning was more than friendly. Check Inn has already been performed, although the rooms are ready for reference only from 15.00 clock. In the evening we have obtained our beautiful and clean room with view of the castle. Some positive changes have been made. Congratulations! Breakfast was very tasty and rich again every day. Permanent checks by the staff and the cook whether all the food was sufficiently stored. Every day during the holidays, another buffet was offered. We had registered for dinner on Saturday and Sunday evening. All was abundant and everything was very delicious prepared. Also the after-food was very delicious. Thank you very much to the chef and his team. Overall we say it was a nice ping-pong weekend. Unfortunately too short. Thank you all. We will see you again at the latest on 2. Advent 2022. Please stay all healthy and continue so. Heidi & Uwe

Very efficient check in for a pre-booked stay with helpful English speaking staff. The room was very comfortable although there was a small gap in between the twin beds put together to form a double. The swimming pool and sauna area was very clean and a real plus point. Breakfast was very good but the toaster could be bigger and better placed. Check out was also very efficient.

Our stay at the Regiohotel am Brocken was super! We arrived at the hotel on the evening, where we were also expected at the reception and were warmly welcomed. In the room there was nothing to defect, breakfast was also good. Only the parking situation around the hotel was a little nervous because there are no registered parking areas and some other hotel guests think that then you can park so generously that other guests can then get (may) place problems. But: Have all worked well at last :-) We're happy to come back and have felt good and safely lifted up there.

· Location of the hotel is very strategic and convenient. The staffs can speak English and German Buffet breakfast was Ok, although price is abit steep for the little variety available - 15€ per person. Disliked · The ceiling light - the main room light - was not working since the moment I checked in. I had to inform reception 3 times, and only on the 3rd time when I went down directly to reception to inform, did they mentioned that they are unable to fix my room light! So I spent 5 days 4 nights in a hotel room with NO room light except for the toilet light and the small tiny lamps at the head of your bed, which cannot do anything in the room! Extremely disappointed with this, no compensation whatsoever for this technical trouble!

There was a wedding ceremony at the hotel, so we stayed at the hotel apartment. Well, all I can say is that the apartment was amazing. All the homely essentials and well located right in the heart of the town centre next to the market platz and the train station is only 5 minutes away. There is an assortment of shops and restaurants close by too. Room was clean and had a great ambience about it.
