The best thing about this hotel is the location. Also the staff were very helpful but breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is connected to a service apartment so it may cause some confusion for pick-up.

A while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of the hotels that were located in Otista area, exactly the Otto Iskandar Dinata 1 street. Looking at the architecture of this hotel for the first time, the taste of heritage and colonial touch still remains sticky. The white dominance and its breadth unparalleled with most hotels makes visitors feel the other side that the Vue Palace Hotel offered. Entering the quiet and warm lobby, the elegant but simple interior makes visitors feel at home. To the next floor we can use the elevator or marble staircase that made a plank so it doesn't make the legs a little sluggish even riding a dozen steps. The pool facilities at Vue Palace Hotel are not so large but it is certain to enjoy with family because of its openness to nature. Besides the toilet facilities are quite good, dear when I visit the tissu was indeed absent. While the Mushola is on the basement floor and still needs touching because there is no muken available for women who happen to not bring mukena. At the Vue Palace Resto, Indonesian food is quite varied, such as soto, bakso and various kinds of porridge. Vue Palace Hotel can be one of the options for budget accommodations because its location is not far from Bandung New Market city shopping center.

The city is very unique for those who are curious about what it's like to live in an aesthetic place.. the service is very good and friendly, maybe there is live music under the hotel until late, which is a hindrance to stay with family

The hotel memories is very strategicly located. Located with Bandung Station and next to the Pakuan Building. The price is economical in the pocket with breakfast facilities. If at night, don't forget the sate and gule in front of his hotel.

we had a great experience staying at el royal . all the crews were so nice and helpful . The breakfast was amazing too . The parking are spacious . Our room also comfortable too. This is our 2nd time staying here . Will comeback here for sure.

We decided to chkin nearby Braga town last min while we still at Guest hous in Bandung . The room was superb spacious. Good for family room. Clean toilet and simplicity fresh deco. Request for cleaning housekeeping service for our 2nd day. She clean it in a fast pace and very neat. The room service and restauranct cafe was good. We enjoy our dinner and supper while listening to the live band on Thursday evening. The location was great. Nearby old town Braga and easier to move around city. Will strongly recomended 5 star service.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

a comfortable hotel! because the location is strategic near Asia Africa and Braga, only need to walk about 2-3 minutes to go there without having to think about the traffic around Bandung City on the weekend!

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

This hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...
