electric points in the room were broken and the room, although clean was really showing signs of wear and tair.

Everything is quite worn out, not clean at all. Very different from my past experiences at other Hamptons.

Only warm water in the shower with little pressure. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Only one regular coffee available in room with a decaffeinated choice

We arrived in the wee hours of a Saturday morning. We had had to book last minute. It took a few minutes to gain access to the property after hours and the night clerk was helpful in getting our reservation sorted out and getting us into our rooms.

Shuttle driver, Raul, was super helpful and prompt. He even zipped us over to the hotel instead of waiting for some people held up at baggage claim and came back when they were ready. He even made our rez for the shuttle.

I liked the water always available in the lobby. Friendly staff and easy assesible parking. Close to airport.
Bad thing was there is mold in the bathroom, mosts prominantly above the shower but a significant amount.
