The suite hotel has a very good environment, breakfast is average, no extra beds, suitable for children, there is a swimming pool, the hotel is okay from the airport, 20 minutes by car, parking.

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight out after staying 2 days. Upon checking in I noticed a few tiny ants on my bathroom counter and killed them but didn't think much about it. When I woke up in the morning there were tiny ants all over the counter including on my toothbrush and razor and all over the sink. I went to the front desk and told them about the ant problem, showed them pictures and asked to change rooms. They gave me another room which I am happy to say didn't have any ants. I was surprised that there was no offer of any compensation, either in discount or points when I brought this problem to the front desk. I did eat breakfast one morning in the hotel restaurant. I got the eggs, pancakes, bacon and potatoes. Everything was fine except the potatoes were cold. Also, the time it took to get my food from when it was ordered was slow. If you look at the satellite view there is a way to walk to the terminal in about 15 minutes if you don't want to take the free shuttle. I do like that the hotel sent me a text with a link to track the shuttle when I called from the airport and needed to be picked up. I probably would not stay here again since downtown is just a 20 min ride away.

Stinky room and hotel!!! I will never go back to this hotel ever I was not impressed with anything at this hotel and for the price they charge you can get sooooo much better with free food drinks etc, I know cause I stayed at another one 15min away from there! The only thing I can say that was good is it was a very quite hotel, I only stayed one night but during that time it was very quite and the guy did change our rooms immediately because of the smoke smell

This hotel looks so promising from the road. We booked based on the great price. But the old adage you get what you pay for definitely holds true here. We were rooting for this hotel. We really wanted to enjoy it, especially after getting the sob story about how I-35 construction and then the pandemic almost destroyed their business. But that said, there is only so much you can overlook. When we got into our room, the window unit had cardboard on the side of it, and it wasn't even attached. There were lots of little things that needed repair but again we tried to overlook it because part of the sob story was that during the pandemic they had to do short-term rentals which means less than desirable clientele came in and created a lot of the damage. We noticed the other window of our hotel wouldn't even shut completely, and I am attaching a picture I've said window. Again, we just tried to go along and get along, and we put a towel in front of it because we were not at ground level. But the straw that broke the camel's back and led to this review was the fact that we walked past the workout facility and there were all kinds of personal effects on the ground including underwear and women's hygiene products. We reported this to the front desk as we were leaving for the day. When we came back to the hotel 8 hours later the items were still there only there were new and different ones. Considering the less than desirable people we saw hanging around, it seems safe to say that potentially a lady of the night was entertaining in there. And hotel staff obviously knew about it and / or cared so little that they didn't even clean it up when we told them about it. I'm also including pictures of the workout room. The only reason I gave the hotel two stars and not one was the cheap price. But when you factor in the fact that even my husband said he didn't feel completely safe there and Men usually discount a lot of the fears that us ladies will have, when you consider safety I should have given it a one.

This is obviously an older property and it shows in the rooms. Was in town for MotoGP races at COTA and it was a short and easy drive to the track each day. The area around the hotel is mostly businesses and other hotels and, yes, you do see the occasional homeless person but I never felt unsafe in the area. One of the better breakfasts I've had recently at a Hampton--the fruit they had out was OUTSTANDING!--but much like my nights stay before in Snyder, TX they did not have dark roast coffee available (supply chain issue?). Javi's Tex-Mex, right next door to the hotel served up amazing food and dealt with th influx of people in for the races quite well. It's nice to have a good dinner you don't need to get in a car for. I'd stay here again if the need arose.
