Atami Hotel Paipuno Kemuri

I really liked the hotel in Gora, which is in the same chain, so I stayed in Atami this time. The room was larger than I expected. The bath was small but nice. The price is quite reasonable for a tourist destination like Atami. However, it is far from the station and downtown, so it is quiet and comfortable, but it may be inconvenient for people coming by train.

Overall, it's worth the price and I have no complaints. It includes all-you-can-drink, so it's a good deal for people who drink. As they claim, the buffet is not very varied, with frozen food and side dishes for commercial use. It was 90 minutes, but not many people were at the table that long. Personally, I think it was good that we didn't eat too much. I think it would be fine to stay overnight, but it's quite high up in the mountains and there are no shops nearby, so it may be inconvenient if you don't have a car. The indoor bath is boiled water. Only the small open-air bath is hot spring water. The private open-air bath, which opens at 11am on the day of your stay, costs 700 yen for 45 minutes. This was also a hot spring, which was nice. Because it's a reasonable price, there are many different types of customers, but since we stayed on a Saturday at this time of year, there were only a few customers who could eat a limited amount, so there was almost no stress in the public spaces. There was probably a small child in the next room. Footsteps running around. Their bodies hitting the wall could be heard directly through the bed. When waiting for the elevator, you could hear the voices of young people talking as if they were right there... I suspect the walls are quite thin.
