The hotel's design is excellent, and having two pools is a great feature. However, there are significant gaps in service detail and operational management. First, there is a severe mosquito issue. I requested a mosquito coil from room service. Although I opened the door within ten seconds, the staff had already left the coil and burner on the floor without providing a lighter. There was no lighter in the room either. Delivering a coil that cannot be lit defies basic logic and highlights a disconnect in service delivery. Second, communication regarding nighttime access is inadequate. I returned late one night to find the main gate locked, leaving me stranded outside. If the hotel locks its gates at night, management must proactively inform guests how to independently open the gate prior to their departure.

The hotel is clean and nice. The staffs are so friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful small hotel, very atmospheric and the food was great! All the staff were so warm and friendly!

Amazing boutique hotel on a quiet but central street; everywhere is about 10 mins by tuktuk or taxi. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some good restaurant and attraction suggestions. The rooms itself were comfy and classy and we slept very well.

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

Such a pretty hotel. It looks exactly as advertised. Location wise, it’s great too.
