The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Absolutely Fantastic! I could not fault this hotel in anyway. Beautiful decor, peaceful, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and food available at the lovely selection of restaurants. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and brilliantly kept, housekeeping twice daily, rooms are beautiful, great shower, comfy beds. I can’t understand how anyone could find anything to fault at this hotel. Book here, you will not regret!

Great hotel, recently undergone a massive refurbishment creating a wonderful environment. Nice staff, great food and our children loved the pools and also the pool table. If you want loads of activities this isn’t the hotel for you but we found it a haven from all the activities nearby, like Sian Park, Go karting etc. I’m not a fan of an all inclusive, so this worked perfectly for us, the meal in the evening was really personal with loads of options to choose from. All in all a really nice hotel experience.

The hotel is stunning, spotless, and modern with fantastic pools and beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of delicious options. Every detail was perfect, making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Top notch hotel and staff. Paradise. The concierge services were especially helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged us to enjoy the entire island, not just the property. They treated us like treasured visiting family.

Certainly a 5 star experience at the Tivoli ( previously the Sheraton) superbly located a short walk in either direction to restaurants. Rooms are beautifully appointed with lush walk in shower and large comfortable bed. The decor throughout oozes sophistication and the staff are a credit to the hotel and always charming. No problem finding sun loungers although this could be, in part, due to our unfortunately cloudy week! Our only complaint which I am only mentioning as I have read it in previous reviews and therefore I think it is once again worth highlighting to the management team - is the volume of what I assume is meant to be “background” music around the bar and lower pool area - far too loud. Mainly, for that reason, we chose to eat lunch out of the hotel however due to convenience on departure day, we ate in guilty restaurant which was delicious. The nice manageress very kindly lowered the volume when we politely asked so problem but I can’t imagine anyone would want to enjoy what should be a very pleasant dining experience shouting at their partner to be heard! Our overall experience of the hotel, however, was very positive indeed.

Fabulous location with easy access to the charming restaurants in Caleta village. Five star service and beautiful pool area overlooking the ocean Definitely 5 star accommodation and ambience but still an easy walk to all the less expensive restaurants in Costa Adeje
