Thamarat and Jana the most cut girls in hotel I recommend to deal with , They got a great service and always smiling and fast in responding, they would be graet wealth to the hotel and i think the management should give the girls that I mention above a promotion

The best experience ever the room was clean, and the food was delicious. The stuff was very nice and very kind not my last time Inshallah We tried their spa there the place was very calm and so nice. The staff treated us very kindly, and it was an amazing experience.

Great time at Westin Saraya in Aqaba! Excellent service by all staff members from check in to check out. Good selection of options at breakfast. Lovely pool area and beach club too! Also the beach area by the pool is very nice and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Westin.

The food was absolutely excellent—I truly loved every bite! One of the highlights of the experience was the live cooking station, where you can watch the chefs prepare fresh, flavorful dishes right in front of you. The ambience of the restaurant was equally impressive—elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for our celebration. I visited to mark a special occasion with my fiancé, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. A special thanks to Mr. Osama for his outstanding hospitality and for ensuring we had a memorable evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique dining experience!

We went to the KAI restaurant the servers were excellent especially tayseer who was really kind! The food was really good and the site was Devine. Andrew.H is wrong the food was amazing and the service was top notch quality. Also the beef was good

Wonderful hotel! Very pretty and modern, super clean with a lovely boutique vibe where you get great personal service. The staff are all so charming and could not do more to make our stay perfect. The setting is so pretty and calming. The view is beautiful. A real slice of heaven. Big love to the team, who made our trip, from the moment we step in to the lobby of Westin and until last second spent there. Special “thank you” for warm professional welcoming to Farah and Ragheb, who made our check-in process and took care about us in the best possible way. They helped me to congratulated my husband with b-day cake as well and all our visit we truly felt special care. Farah is a fantastic professional lady. She continued be nice and helpful even after we checked-out. We wish prosperity to The Westin! Keep doing your best!
