Location is good, need a little attention from management for house keeping full cleaning services, relayed notice to management for future attention.

Great location and view from balcony.
They dont iron sheets so it looks like they are used to be sure they are not used have asked to changed them once again. Also room is cleaned only when asked.
No kettle in a room.

Was die Sauberkeit angeht, ist es äußert schlecht. Boden, Schranke, Regal, Betten…. Etc sehr schmutzig. Wir könnten unsere Koffer garnicht auspacken. Auch den Kühlschrank konnten wir nicht nutzen.
Bezüglich des Services, kein Wasserkocher, keine Handtücher, keine Snacks oder Miniküche (so wie es beschrieben war). Keine Anhänger für die Kleidungen.
Swimmingpool ist defekt.
Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung (wie beschrieben)
Also kurz beschrieben: keine Ehrliche Beschreibung, Schmutzig und nicht zu empfehlen

It was the worst hotel I've ever seen and I have been to so many in Aqaba and around the world. The room was filthy.. and I mean filthy. The fridge was dirty, bed was dirty, window didn't open, staff was unhelpful, stating the hotel was full and no other rooms available.
They refused to refund. I had to go to Nairokh Hotel next door which was much more superior. For 20 JD more, got way much superior room. Clean everything.
أسوأ اوتيل رايته في حياتي.. غرفة قذرة جدا.. اذا كنت حابب تموت تسمم نام في هذا الاوتيل.. الحمدلله لم انم فيه.. واخذت غرفة في فندق نيروخ ودفعت ٢٠ دينار زيادة واخذت غرفة اجمل ومنظر اروع..

Je ne suis pas allé dans cet hotel mais dans son restaurant et vraiment la fraicheur et la qualité des plats de poissons et crustacés étaient tout à fait spectaculaire....foi de breton!! Les saint Jacques étaient des vrais (pas les pétoncles que l on voit en France parfois), crevettes, grosses moules hyper fraiches (çà se sent tout de suite). Bref je recommande

Si je pouvais ne pas mettre d'étoile je le ferai. La chambre était sale et vétuste, des insectes se baladaient dans la salle de bain. La lumière de la salle de bain qui ne marchait pas... Horriblement cher pour la prestation. A fuir.
