It was more than 9 years ago since I stayed here. The hotel has changed significantly. I love that they rejuvenated the resort and erected new modern buildings. The resort was clean (as clean as it could be since it was by the sandy beach and sand keeps coming in). The service was okay, the staff worked really hard I could see, but they were understaffed, because I came during a holiday so the resort was packed and they looked really overwhelmed. The location was not far from the city and they had a fabulous beach. Just suggestion, maybe next make a family sized room with 2-3 bedrooms because most families came with lots of people and this way we can stay together in one villa. And the old villas are a bit of an eyesore, they tried to cover them up with a faux wall, but it still looked creepy.

My family and I stayed at Shanhai Yang Yingda Hot Spring Resort on April1-2 2017. We stayed at the double-storey villa 539. When we traveled to Anyer. We expected to see a nice beach, especially in star hotels like Shanhai Yang Inda Hot Spring Resort, but you won’t get it here. My negative review is: the breakfast buffet was poor food but ordered according to the menu and we didn’t eat anything. There is no hot water in the villa. The villa internet is poor and I had to call the front desk many times. The beach is full of rocks and corals. Positive reviews = The staff is friendly.

Very disappointing with the attitude of the marketing mother Rina who is not professional in taking care of the reports to cause unpleasant things & making it uncomfortable for us. The incident started when we rented a karaoke device of 300 rb/day from the resort when used at 22.00 evening, the hotel staff presented the karaoke time limit to death. We obey because it is a rule & so that it is not to disturb other residents, 23.00 afternoon, the hotel attendant will come again on the order of Rina mother will take a karaoke device for the reason of the rental time is out. This is what I am annoyed, there is no agreement to rent the limit until 22.00 wib & I used the karaoke device according to the karaoke time limit ... Because I was accused of disturbing other residents even though it was clearly passed from 22.00 win, I didn't. Karaoke & the two hotel officers who came to the villa know that ..... Ms. Rina, if receiving the report, check it first, check & make sure that the noise is not directly claimed & take policies that caused consumer inconvenience. is part of the asset/visa source for the hotel.

The service was okay, the staff worked really hard I could see, but they were understaffed, because I came during a holiday so the resort was packed and they looked really overwhelmed. The location was not far from the city and they had a fabulous beach. Just suggestion, maybe next make a family sized room with 2-3 bedrooms because most families came with lots of people and this way we can stay together in one villa. And the old villas are a bit of an eyesore, they tried to cover them up with a faux wall, but it still looked creepy.

The room is quite big, it is so comfortable inside, the sound from outside not really heard when we are already inside. The balcony also shows the beach nicely. It was a great experience to stay here.

My family and I stayed at Shanhai Yang Yingda Hot Spring Resort on April1-2 2017. We stayed at the double-storey villa 539. When we traveled to Anyer. We expected to see a nice beach, especially in star hotels like Shanhai Yang Inda Hot Spring Resort, but you won’t get it here. My negative review is: the breakfast buffet was poor food but ordered according to the menu and we didn’t eat anything. There is no hot water in the villa. The villa internet is poor and I had to call the front desk many times. The beach is full of rocks and corals. Positive reviews = The staff is friendly.
