The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night.

A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process.

Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos)
The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o.

In general, the experience was very good, good services, ideal for rest. Only one point to improve, in the SPA area I went twice and on both occasions they did not have towels, which is inconceivable in a hotel of these characteristics, you had to return to the room wet.
As for the bar and restaurant, very well, La Barquera has a good breakfast and good à la carte options.

Dirty and neglected hotel, the room without towels when requesting them there were none since the maids entered at 9 am. the telephone directory was not light bulbs that did not light etc.
