"Facing the sea, the traffic noise is quite loud in the morning and evening, especially the exhaust noise of cars blasting on the street. Don't live on the lower floors (2/3/4). The noise is very loud in the morning, and there are also big trucks collecting garbage. The breakfast is OK because there are rare spring rolls with meat filling. It's good to get up early and run at the beach 🏃"

"Fantastic! The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and there was a large shopping mall right next door. There was also a Japanese restaurant by the sea where they had a type of sushi wrapped in rye noodles with various seafood fillings—it was delicious! The seafood pasta at this hotel was also quite good. Unless you have extremely weak nerves, the distant sound of the waves is negligible; I completely ignored it for the last two nights!"

I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation."

"The Hotel Infrastructure is great ...the service is very low poor quality. The hotel is well located, the room are big, ocean view and big space for relax. When it comes to restourant, dinner and breakfast, the services is very difficient. Dinner at the buffet is terrible. Lines before getting a table and they charge the buffet before the dinner and then you need pay again for the drinks... the renewal of food is occacional. The hot buffet run out of the main courses, and even the BBQ was not timely replaced. The lady of BBQ touched the meat with her on hand to test tenderness. The salads were ok, cheviche was good, but overall the buffet experience was bad. We had to almost beg for the drinks, and at the moment we finished, no desserts were left. The non-buffet restaurant is Ok, but it doesnt open on Mondays. The food there is good, but at the moment to charge the bill to the room, we had to pay the tip by Credit Card. Waiters said that if it is charged to the room, they dont get their tip!!! Breakfast is ok, but dont expect fresh bakery. The bread and others bakary pre-frozen. In summary, look TripAdvisor, if you look for a proper meals - restaurant at your hotel."

However, rooms on the other side face the city, not the ocean, so if you're looking for a sea-view room, make sure to check the room's orientation. Breakfast isn't exceptionally lavish, but it has all the essentials. Overall, I highly recommend this place."

"Right from arrival face unwelcome. Waited for 6 hrs but they allow check in at 14:00 whereas the rooms were ready. How come suddenly at 14;00 many rooms would be get free Provided with a worst room with shower hardly working. This is 28!floor building 3 out of 5 days only 1 lift working - so you have to wait for 20/25 to get your chance. Key stopped working 1 hr before check out - no apology. I travel on my business to various countries around the world (40 plus). This is the worst experience. Would suggest to stay away from this place."

"The entrance was very nice. The breakfast was sacred. The room had: Television, Terrace, Wardrobe, Desk, Coffee maker, One bed, there was no microwave. The bathroom was fine without drainage. There was a casino attached to the hotel. There was also a gym with a treadmill, weights and a pilates ball. It is close to the beach and restaurants."
