It’s a nice place to come to as a couple or with kids. Driving distance to some hiking cites. Lack of European food is the only disadvantage for foreigners.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

很漂亮的酒店，外觀看就象城堡，距離杭州hello Kitty樂園很近，酒店二樓可以直通樂園。幫我們升級房型後，房間銀大，設施很好。酒店夜景很美，很漂亮。唯一美中不足的是，感覺酒店的早餐，如果單獨購買的話，一性價比不高，有點偏貴，而且樣式不是很多。一

酒店位置非常好，體量也很大，二樓有直達樂園的廊橋，真的有童話裏城堡的感覺。酒店內還設定了各種打卡場景，還有零食甜品和各類HelloKitty周邊，是孩子們的天堂啊！酒店房間也比較大，雖然沒有訂到主題房，不過這個房間位置不錯，晚上能看到摩天輪的燈光變化，房間送兩大一小的早餐，日用品也是按量分配的，包裝印了城堡的標誌，房間整體比較乾淨整潔。晚上8點有經典電影播放，體驗了一把，正好是女兒最愛的冰雪奇緣。

城堡一樣美麗的酒店，定的樂園套餐，含兩張大人門票，前台補了一張小童票，走去樂園很近，入園玩了一天半，項目基本不怎麼排隊，人偶合影非常友好，早餐很豐富，工作人員很熱情，入住送了徽章，酒店裡有個小童樂園，走路出去吃飯也不遠，要去hello kitty樂園玩建議住這裏。

酒店外觀能滿足每一個小女孩公主夢想，但也有一些年頭了，房間一進去氣味不佳，床頭板上還有牙膏或口香糖殘渣，與酒店檔次不匹配，前台服務人員較熱情大但衣服有破損，性價比一般

大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！
2、很好的酒店，入住時還送了一瓶礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦
3、前台服務好 衞生乾淨，細節到位，床很舒服，床墊舒適，水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便；停車方便，很放心，位置很好
4、酒店位置很好，酒店交通很方便，房間設施挺好的，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心，服務態度好，期待下次入住

服務：前台辦理入住的時候挺冷漠的，公仔、洗漱用品、徽章都是入住的時候贈送，我當時就一個人，原先行李就多，給的小東西也多，也沒有安排接待幫忙拿一下行李。打電話問下午茶時間，對面也是很高冷等我先説你好，説個時間也是很不耐煩，真的很沒水準。
設施：地毯、沙發有污漬！這麼大個ip求求你上點心吧，洗手枱也沒有擦手巾，浴袍也是有多處破損，除了拍照好看點説實話也就那樣吧，兩千多一晚是真的不值。mini吧裏衹有一罐可樂+雪碧。
