考試的，要求安靜的房間，給我安排了很貼心，酒店還有機器人配送外賣，續住的，打掃房間阿姨添加東西很及時，生怕不夠用的，總體感覺很不錯吧

房間衞生挺好，畢竟是大品牌，包括設施設備和位置都挺好。就是早餐比較一般，不過還能接受，十幾塊錢一人。就是因為是大品牌，所以信任白玉蘭酒店，但是酒店前台和服務完全不是高檔酒店的標準，可能**對高檔酒店的評級比較低白玉蘭酒店的服務不應該是這樣的。前台接待人員可能是新人辦理速度不快可以理解，值夜班的前台可能是心情不好我們也沒敢招惹她。因為忘了帶房卡讓前台再做一張，前台不願意給做，讓保安大哥幫我開門。我們在電梯口等着電梯等着他等了2分鐘，我們也不敢催，畢竟人在屋檐下不得不低頭。希望下次上班的時候能心情好一些。雖然下雨，但是心情不能下雨。
