This hotel is awesome. The loft house I chose to live in is full of high-tech sinks. There is a TV in the mirror. I can use the whole hotel. It is like a museum full of literary atmosphere. When a gentleman leads me to visit the hotel. And the history of the hotel was first explained by a bank and later became a conservatory. The hotel was renamed as the current hotel. The location is especially great. The National Museum Van Gogh Museum walks for 5 minutes. It has a great seafood walk 2 minutes back to the room and finds the bed to help sleep. The fragrance spray and the weather conditions of the next day will be especially intimate and will choose this hotel.

Set right next to the best part of the city, Leidseplein which is very well connected to all the notable landmarks including walkable distance to both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum as well as the famous Voldelpark. The hotel has very modern interiors and all the facilities to make ones stay comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious unlike the other European hotels. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. There are 100's of restaurants serving all types of food and all are within walking distance from the hotel. Getting to Dam Square which is the shopping hub and Amsterdam Central station is just a single tram ride. Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and nothing can beat the convenient location of this hotel.

We were greeted warmly at the front doorstep and treated to a welcome cocktail after checking in. The property is beautiful! Expertly curated with whimsical, decorative details throughout. Our room was spacious, and the bed + bedding were sublime. Staff was exceptionally kind, with extra special praise earned by Camilla and Wolf who went above and beyond for us! I was recognized as a Hilton Diamond as soon as I stepped in the door and treated as such throughout our stay, including a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel staff is fantastic: helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room we stayed in (King Deluxe with city view) was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. The breakfast is fantastic! The hotel has an Executive Lounge that is adequate, if not luxuriant. Like most Hilton Lounges these days, it features the basics and a few American hot snacks in the evening (ah, for the old days in European Hiltons). It’s nice to have, though, when so many are disappearing entirely. Parking is easy, if a bit pricey for an out of center city location. Like many Hilton’s, this hotel is a decent but doable walk from most points of interest. But it’s location on an outer canal is beautiful, and it is quiet and restful. We will certainly return, and I highly recommend this Hilton.

Excellent location, could walk to every “tourist” place. . Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside the doors! The breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of options and the staff very accommodating! Pastry chef is outstanding..deserves a raise!! Croissants the lightest fluffiest ever! Everything tastes as good as it looks! Front desk staff very nice, Sarah went out of her way to “fix” a minor problem and continued ask if everything was ok each time she saw us. Rooms clean and roomy, beds comfortable would stay again if ever in Amsterdam and recommend this hotel to anyone who asks! Transportation from airport is a little pricey (taxi for 4 ..70-100 euros depending on traffic ) but once you are there no need to use again.

Right next to the subway station, there are trams 4 and 14. We came out of the airport to take the train to the Central Station, and then changed to No. 4 to the hotel. The streets and roads in Amsterdam are not all asphalt roads, many of which are small bricks and have a lot of luggage. You have to choose the side of the subway station, otherwise you will walk too hard. Old hotel, very clean, very warm reception. No breakfast choice. If you are booking a car, please pay attention to the fact that taxis, etc. cannot reach the entrance of the hotel, or you must cross the square, or be on the side of the road behind you.

Hotel location was good as it is in the central area to almost all activities that we went. But however, hotel room service did not help us to empty our toilet trash bin every single day despite that we gave tips everyday, so I'm not sure how clean exactly is their room service. Bring extra cash for hotel tax and deposits as we were only told on the 1st night of checking in when the recept call up to our room to ask us to go to the reception to pay for our hotel tax and deposit, where only the deposits will be refunded upon checking out if you did not consume their in-room beverages or destroy their hotel etc. Hotel location is very near to 2 super mart, and also the ******** coffee shop, cafe and restaurants, not very convenient for kids as every where smells of ********. Breakfast was super good spread, large varieties, we love it.

We decided to splurge on this 5 star hotel for a long anticipated family reunion. Unfortunately the experience was marred by a series of disappointments caused by utterly incompetent hotel staff. When I called ahead on the day of our arrival to request an early check-in the hotel rep. sternly informed me that I would have to pay a 120 Euro charge for the privilege! We are experienced travelers and never have we encountered such a demand. We took our chances regardless and decided to show up 2 hours early. Sure enough, our room was already ready and we were allowed to occupy it at no extra charge. Things really started to go south when a limousine that I had arranged for separate airport pickup of my daughter’s family through the concierge showed up at the airport unequipped with a baby car seat. I had expressly requested this when I booked the service. This was also specified in the booking confirmation sent by email to me by the concierge. The reaction I later got when I complained to the concierge was that I was not charged extra for the baby seat - as if this was the main issue! Furthermore, this was the first time that I was informed of such a charge, as no mention of this had been made in the email confirmation of the limo reservation which I originally received from the concierge. More importantly, what is more concerning is the utter indifference he showed for the safety of a guest’s infant grandchild. All that concerned him was the money angle to the failure. Things soon got worse. When we checked into our room we lifted the bed cover to discover several hairs and multiple red and yellow stains. Unbelievably, the chambermaid had neglected to change the bedsheets. This, in a 5 star hotel! After we called reception, staff was quickly sent to our room to change them. We never heard further from management about this. We later had dinner at Serre restaurant onsite and left the place hungry. The chef seems to focus on presentation and less on the reasonableness of the portions. My wife had a fish main course which was equivalent to 3 forkfuls. The minuscule dessert was pretty to look at but was grossly inadequate even for one person. The restaurant style is a throwback to the old Nouvelle Cuisine school. For the icing on the cake: a voucher for a round of drinks on the house at the rooftop bar that the guest services manager had kindly given me was bungled by the bar staff. When I arrived home I discovered a mysterious charge of 66 Euros by the Twenty-Third Floor Bar. The bar staff set new standards of incompetence in taking my voucher and charging me anyway.I had to call the hotel for credit but I am losing money anyway from the spread in exchange rates used by credit card companies. To be fair, the Superior View room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a magnificent view. The large pool and ample spa facilities were enjoyable and a significant convenience . I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times! I chose it because it was cheaper. If it is not in the city, it is not far away. About 10 minutes walking distance from lelylaan or the station. One stop to the airport and two stops from Central Station. There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk to the city. The supermarket is far away, and there is a small supermarket in the train station. If you want to find a big supermarket, you can take the tram to the downtown area, or walk for another 5 minutes at the train station. There are two supermarkets over there. The room is a domestic 3-star standard. If you have a limited budget and don't want to stay in a hostel, come here!

It ’s so cute. If it ’s not a taxi pick-up, it should be hard to find. There is no signboard. There is a welcome drink .. The food is ok, but the room is very small enough to leave without room for luggage. The floor to the other side has to take a narrow staircase, it is very difficult for girls to carry luggage. A little overpriced .. Although the hotels are expensive during the exhibition, but the city center hotels at the same price, the rooms are mostly large.

The bad reviews you see on here are so over-dramatic. The rooms are small and basic and yes the walls are thin but for the price and location you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Their is a tram stop about a 4-5 minute walk away meaning you can get to central in 15 minutes max as trams come about every 5 minutes. The room was clean and the beds were relatively comfy. The stairs are quite steep so it’s not the most accessible hotel but really isn’t that much of an issue if you’re not bothered by stairs. The reception staff are absolutely amazing, speak great English and can’t do enough to help you.

Eccentric place: one of two “hotels” located in what is essentially a building of residential apartments. The Amadi has the reception on the 4th floor and our room was on the 2nd. Stairs/lift take you past residential floors. Pros: Manager was really helpful when we needed to get to the local hospital. Reasonably good location just outside the main canal ring but within walking distance of everything, with tram stops nearby. Local area has plenty of eateries. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Cons: Over-priced for what it is - feels more 3 star than 4 star. No breakfast facilities (though plenty of places nearby) Odd-shaped room with barely any space on one side of the bed. Temperature control on aircon didn’t seem to do anything. Coffee machine didn’t work - a few drips after a lot of straining. And nothing for non-coffee drinkers. List of TV channels didn’t fit with actual channels. BBC1 and BBC2 listed but we never found them. Bathroom poorly designed - a small circular sink with a really small shelf. A slight smell of drains.

In the whole hotel we enjoyed it very much. We were only one night.It appears very good.Outside it seems ordinary but inside it really is a girl.Everything reminiscent very much modern art. We had a room in the ground floor, but it had a high window that was very well illuminated inside. You have a cooker and a coffee machine in the room and this is always a good thing for us because it is a service we appreciate especially after long walks. The only fault I can't tell if it was because we were at -1 is that at some point of the night the bathroom smells also importantly discharged. The morning is gradually disappearing because we haven't heard anything at the day when we arrived. The location is not just in the center even if you get 30 minutes walking or you have the tram that is quick. It was a good point for us, however.
