First of all, the smelll… terrible… hallways were filthy and unvaccuumed. The front desk looked cluttered. After I paid 97.00 which is well above what this hotel is worth through *******, they had the audacity to charge me another 100.00 security deposit.. furious and will never stay here again!

When I arrived and checked in the first room was not cleaned yet. The desk clerk quickly assigned me another room and apologized. It happens so no big deal. Room was pretty big, bed was comfy and closet was huge. They even have a laundry basket in the event you want to wash clothes. My favorite part was the full size fridge. The mini fridge at other hotels is never adequate but I was able to get a few things from the grocery store so I wasn’t eating out the whole time. The only things that could’ve been better was a bigger tv and the ice maker didnt work so well. Neither were a deal breaker though. As for cleanliness, my only complaint was there was red nail polish on the chair, nightstand and desk. Originally, I thought it was blood so at least it was just nail polish. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The place was well located at the heart of ABQ, close to many shops, malls, and restaurants. The appliances in the room worked just fine, but the room wasn't as clean as one would hope for. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible, but there was no shower chair; the office was kind enough to offer a solution by bringing a lawn chair from their storage, but it did not fit in the tub, putting a pretty big strain on the stay.

The room itself was fine, but the problem was that there was no hot water in the shower. I think there was a problem with the knob, since the sink had hot water. That was very disappointing.

I was charged a $100 deposit AND $155 when I checked out WITH NO EXPLINATION WHY! Don't stay here! Its a total rip off

Many minor issues: locks not working consistently, front desk didn’t have to; had to raid other rooms for to. Staff not empowered to help.

Only one issue advertise a sitting room and fireplace but we came in town late 10 pm but room was clean and front desk personnel were polite and friendly bed was comfortable and it was quiet so no complaints definitely would stay here again and the room rate was reasonable
