Buffet priced at 1499 plus taxes is the indoor seating restaurant on the ground floor. Bartender is a courteous, jolly guy who obliged us with Pinacolada on request though the mocktail didn't figure in the Drinks Menu Cocktails are decent Buffet is fairly good not very extensive but whatever is offered is good Service a little slow when it comes to roti / naan Highly Recommended

Wow … customer service came as a surprise at Polo towers - Agartala …. Superbly amazing defining excellence … personal attention during our dinner , morning breakfast. People working here like Pankaj Kaith at the restaurant, Abhijeet and Yasmin at the check in were so warm, loving and caring … it was home away from home … making me to come back again in future and passing this appreciation to all those visiting Agartala. I would love people across the world choose Polo towers if you are visiting Tripura or Agartala for experience this yourself .. Thank you team for making my stay so wonderful!!! Love you all ❤️

The Room was Aesthetically pleasing. Special thanks to Abhijit Choudhary The food was okay and little blend and the room temperature was good the staff behaviour too is generous and the common areas are super luxurious. Good parking facilities and snacks availablity.

Excellent Staff, polite, courteous and well maintained rooms. Hotel is located at the central location of agartala and is at the heart of the city. Highly recommended. Deep das, hotel staff had gone the extra Mile and made my stay memorable

It was a wonderful stay with the most professional hand and the most humane heart . My heartfelt thanks to Mr Gautam , Chef Bapi , front office staff especially Barnali Dhar ,Yasmin ,Sushant , Abhijeet and Giyal at the room service . They have been outstanding and fantastic in their dealings and way they made my stay successful. I’m thankful to each one of them .

It was a nice experience at Polo towers .... The Room Service was good... Cleanliness is awesome, specially (Ajay) who Are always there for help any time with a smile on his face good going and keep it up the good work always... I Recommend to my family & Friends !!
