Renaissance Xiamen Hotel

Renaissance Xiamen Hotel was nothing short of bliss! Staff were polite and helpful, room was gorgeously luxurious with an unforgettable sea view from the balcony! It is worth mentioning the hot tub with a big window facing the sea, it was my favorite part of the room. It is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Xiamen. The hotel is clean and beautiful! There are two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor, gym, SPA and sauna. The territory of the hotel is pretty big, full of plants and flowers, plus there are many places where guests can have a rest by sitting in one of the gazebos with table and soft chairs. The buffet breakfast was okay, but in other hotels the variety of food was richer. I guess this is the only things I would improve in this hotel. The rest is all perfect!

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

Transportation: Very convenient, there are many transportation tools, buses and rapid transit are available, and the airport is close Facilities: Public facilities are complete, the laundry room and gym are very complete. There are mobile power supplies for rent on each floor, and there are vending machines at the elevator entrance. Service: The service is enthusiastic and professional. My problem was solved in time. The room service was also very fast. I also prepared honey water when I came back from drinking in the evening. I went back to Xiamen with my family during the Easter holiday. A friend recommended this newly opened hotel. It was really satisfying. The guy at the front desk was very polite when I checked in on the first night and upgraded the room. The concierge at the door was also helpful and helpful. When I arrived at the room, the manager on duty was already greeting me at the door. It felt very warm. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. However, there was a little trick in adjusting the volume of the TV. (𣎴It’s about the TV) It’s just that I’m not used to it. How to use the remote🤣, the breakfast is quite rich, the variety is average, at least the restaurant is clean, and the waiters are polite. I am very satisfied👍. There was even more surprise when we checked out on the 6th. It turned out that during the day, a very beautiful lobby manager gave us a souvenir and politely sent us to the car 😄 Haha, this hotel is really impressive! I will definitely stay again next time I come back👍

The room facilities of the homestay are very complete, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are very clean and tidy. There is also a large balcony in the room overlooking the valley and the mountains in the distance, which makes people feel very comfortable. The service quality of the homestay is also very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are always helpful and serviced for guests. Each room has a housekeeper, who will solve the problems and needs raised by the guests in time, which makes people feel very intimate. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay at this homestay. The natural environment here is very beautiful, it makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Xiamen Marriott Hotel & Conference Centre

At the reception area, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, and the other staff we encountered were always friendly as well. Our stay at this hotel was for just one night, as a layover and it had bad weather from the typhoon, but despite this, we had a wonderful and luxurious stay. We absolutely loved the room! The bathroom was my dream! The hotel boasts a stunning location, with amazing views. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including a gorgeous outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Additionally, there is a shopping center located right outside the hotel, which features popular establishments such as Starbucks and KFC. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we paid 40 yuan via the Didi app. I also want to mention that we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had an early dinner and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back!
