Such a great stay! The hotel have a smart home assistant that made everything so convenient! The bed is the BIG PLUS! It was huge and super comfortable making it hard to leave! The best part? They offer free airport transfer which was huge time and cost savers for us! The staff is also very friendly! Highly recommended this place in all aspects especially if you reach airport late night or need to leave early!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is in a great location, just a short walk from the main street and only a few minutes away from the heart of the old town. The service was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the free pick-up service from the station in their beautifully designed car. Although I had to leave early in the morning and they couldn’t take me back to the station, they kindly helped by bringing my luggage to the main street, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been stronger, and I missed having a heater in the bathroom. Overall, I found the hotel to offer great value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it for its prime location and excellent service.

Toilet also have modern toilet bowl with warmer. Very important especially during winter. This hotel is also near to any halal restaurants and mosque just walking distance. This is important for muslim traveller. Highly recommended to stay here.

The stay at Ramada Encore Kunming Guandu was very good given the helpfulness of the staff. They immediately upgraded us to a 40 square meter room which had a nice city and sunset view. The room also had designer lights which were very beautiful and added to the comfort of the room. Though we stayed for only 12 hours, it was quite enjoyable. Amenities though basic were quite decent. Lots of restaurants around and the proximity to railway station makes this area good for a short stay. Recommend this to people

Ibis style hotel really accommodating us well👍🏻 They're very responsive (make sure you have WeChat) with our questions and request So we arrived passed midnight. And we ordered food delivery via Meituan app and had them sent to the hotel before our arrival. The receptionist was so nice to help us with the address details and instructions (the app in Chinese obviously). The next day, we woke up late (its a long journey and we arrived late) so we asked for late check out and they kindly let us stayed until 1pm. Overall the room are tidy and spacious enough for both of us. They have heater so don't worry. Plus the hotel location only walking distance to the Nanping, Qianwang, Shuncheng roads. Very very convenient.

I absolutely loved the hotel! It's incredibly beautiful and commuting was a breeze. We booked a day trip tour with a local agent, and it was so convenient for them to pick us up. Plus, booking a didi was easy since the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the North Gate. Since we stayed for three days, they kindly offered pick-up or drop-off services. The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and attentive. They regularly checked in via wechat to make sure I was okay or if I needed anything. I really appreciated their excellent service! The only minor flaw was the toilet. I had hoped for a fully enclosed door. However, everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to others! I don’t have many photos because I was busy taking videos, but trust me, the hotel is stunning, and the garden is absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, thank you for the warm hospitality. I felt so welcomed, and if I visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel every time!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Have heater so you wouldn’t feel cold. Location was superb, besides shuncheng mall and very accessible. Shuncheng mosque and Nanping pedestrian street was just right behing the hotel. There are lots of halal stores like restaurants, street foods, groceries and bakeries. We had a really great time here. One of the best hotels we stayed. Room is brilliant, beautifully decorated, very clean. Hot water is instant, AC capable of blowing hot air, fantastic for the cold wintry nights. The owners of the hotel provide excellent services, in keeping guests connected through Wechat way before arrival date and throughout our stay. Helped us too to order Peking duck when we were exhausted after a day of sightseeing. Their afternoon tea and evening ******* butter tea spread a spirit of good cheer amongst the guests. Really love the fabulous breakfast every day, with lovely views of JDS mountain to boot.

I had the most wonderful stay at LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor in Shangri-La! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully designed room to the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was their staff. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. They weren’t just helpful; they were thoughtful, caring, and truly dedicated to making us feel at home. Their attention to detail was incredible, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and always ready to assist. Traveling with a baby here felt effortless. The staff absolutely adored my baby, and the feeling was mutual. My baby loved them just as much. Their kindness and care made us feel safe, comfortable, and deeply grateful for their hospitality. The staff here don’t just do their jobs. They pour their hearts into making our stay special. Their warmth, patience, and attentiveness set them apart, and they truly deserve all the recognition in the world. I would return to this place just for them. If you’re looking for not only comfort and stunning views but also the kindest and most genuine people, this is it. A million times recommended!

I didn't regret choosing this hotel. Everything is new, smart and clean! Location wise is quite good too. I'm a muslim traveller. So to wake to shuncheng Street is about 10mins. Not bad I feel. The staff is really considerate, gave me slippers and toiletries for the kids. And they allowed me late checkout as well, truly appreciate their gesture. My only gripe is the steep entrance to the hotel. But other than that, all is good for this hotel! Love it!

Nice location, 10minutes walking distance from Kunming Railway Station. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free self service laundry. Around 15 minutes Didi to Shuncheng and Nancheng area (streets full of halal restaurants). But toilet in room no bidet. The rest is perfect. Advanced tech in room. Love it

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kunming Railway Station. It’s just 5 mins walk away from the North Entrance. It’s is also abut 10mins walk away from 2 metro stations of Line 2&1. There are a lot of restaurants at the level one of the hotel and food are great. There is also a huge supermarket, ShengSiong at level 1. Those travelers from Singapore will be very familiar with ShengSiong. I reached the hotel at 8am and they were kind enough to let me check in. The room is super big, clean, and with very nice city view. Couldn’t have asked for a better room. Will definitely stay there again.

Chose the hotel because of proximity to subway stations and price. Reasonable for s short stay because the hotel is situated by the main road so noise can be an issue. Did not hear any noise from the construction activities but the allowable period seems very long. The staff at the reception might had a bad day. She sounded angry but managed to perform the check-in and answer questions. The rest of the staff were so much better. Room is reasonable and clean.

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

The hotel's person incharged is helpful. You can contacted them if you dont know where is the hotel. They will guide you. Plus point, the hotel located next to the main road so Didi can easily pick and drop you off. No need to drag you luggage at rhe gable roads. The location is very near to Northern Gate of the Ancient City, so it was safe for solo traveller since the area is not dead. The room is nice, clean and complete with all the amenities. For muslim traveller, good news for you because this hotel have a bidet in their toilet. The heater works well too, the room is spacious. But i think the hotel location will be quite far from muslim's food. If that is one of your considerations, take into account. Maybe better to find hotel at Southern area since there is more muslims food there. Overall, im happy with my stay 😊

Very good hotel. A bit hard to find the hotel. You need to use FUXIANG INN name to find it. The reception person is very good and nice! Super helpful and help us carrying our bags to the entrance during check out. We checked out late 3 hours and they charge 50 yuan only. Very reasonable. I will stay here again soon!

Location is inside the old town, just 2 mins walk from the entrance. Room is clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Xiao Bai whenever we return to the hotel.The host was extremely helpful to our needs and requests. She helped us to book and arrange for a tour to the Snow Mountain, booked Didi to the train station and even gave us some flower cakes when we checked out. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel is not too far from the entrance of the ancient city, which was great for getting our luggage in and out as its just a short 5 mins walk, since cars are not allowed in the ancient city. Service was great - owner is a lovely guy who gave us apples when we first arrived and alot of tips before we started our journey in Lijiang. Room was great - alot of spaces, with a huge bathtub and heater. Only downside would be that the heater is away from the bed, so it gets pretty cold during Winter despite the heater is on, but the blanket is pretty thick. Will stay again, have fun in Lijiang!

Staying at this guesthouse in Lijiang was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is PERFECT, right inside the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient to explore the charming streets. The room itself was a beautiful duplex with a traditional design, giving off a classic and authentic Lijiang vibe. It was both comfortable and rich in charm, making our stay truly special. What made this experience even more memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. Since the old town is a bit tricky to navigate, the owner personally came to pick us up when we arrived, ensuring we had no trouble finding the place. When we left, he even walked us to the edge of the old town to make sure we got on our way smoothly. His personal involvement in running the guesthouse creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the owner is very knowledgeable about local attractions and provided us with great recommendations on places to visit. This was incredibly helpful and enhanced our overall experience in Lijiang. If you're visiting Lijiang ancient city, I highly recommend staying here. It’s not just a place to sleep, it’s an experience filled with warmth and local charm. I will definitely choose this guesthouse again on my next visit! MOST importantly, the price is really reasonable!

For Malaysians, I highly recommended to stay at this hotel!! Very near to halal restaurant. Most importantly, the owner very very very helpful in order suggesting the place to go. She even contact the place I want to go even though on trip.com/website mentioned that day closed. Luckily, the owner directly call the place and confirmed the place was open on that day since language barrier was one of big challenging if us want to call by ourself. I am so thankful to the owner. She even got us taxi/driver to go our place since the location has no english name. If have 100 stars, I definitely give her 100 stars because of her great & warmer hospitality 🥹 This hotel also near to Caicun Wharf one of most attractive place in Dali. Easier to book didi to go anywhere! And this hotel has heater, very important when winter season!

We stayed at the Dali BoMan Sea View Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. While we didn’t expect it to be located in a condominium building, this added a sense of safety and privacy. The hotel is situated on the highest floor, offering breathtaking views from the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even going the extra mile to offer us hot milk every evening—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is about a 30-minute ride from Dali Ancient City by Didi, it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Coming from Singapore, we appreciated that halal food was relatively easy to find in the area, though the best options were closer to the ancient city. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for stunning views, a clean and comfortable stay, and attentive service. Just keep in mind the slightly longer travel time to the ancient city if you’re planning frequent trips there.

The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

This hotel is very unique and warm, it feels like home and represents the Bai's culture. The location is so great, it's so close to the main road where the bus from the train station stops and where the bus to Lijiang gets on (only 2-3 minutes, you just need to cross the road). Not only that, it is also within walking distance to the dali ancient town, it's actually in the area of ancient town. The lady owner speaks english really well!! And in addition christina, the front desk lady + the front desk guy helped me booking my bus ticket to lijiang, i am so grateful.

We loved this hotel! It was so mystical being in this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and big enough to cater to two big luggage. The shower area came with heater so you don’t feel cold after switching off the water supply! They provide good amenities as well! The toothbrushes and shower gel were of excellent quality. The breakfast prepared is excellent! I am still thinking about the 米线 as it was just so delicious. Our hotel package came with free pick-up or drop off service as well as a free costume experience situated within the hotel. We ended up getting a package so we may go and have some photos taken! The make up artist and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a short distance to the ancient town. The hotel itself is situated at a corner which could make it difficult for Didi drivers to know where to alight. However, it’s actually quite easy to walk in from the main road. That said, we had to leave the hotel before staying the last night as they had a power outage that lasted for the entire day. We had thought it’ll be resolved as we’ll be travelling around Dali Ancient Town, but it still wasn’t when we arrived back late at night. This caused some inconvenience as there was no lights nor heater. The outage was only solved the following day after we left! They could’ve provided us with some back up options to head to another hotel or something as that would be good service recovery.

We booked a family room (at 4th floor) and stayed for 2 nights. Note that there’s no lift in the hotel. The staff was very helpful as he helped carry our luggages to our room. The room was spacious and clean and has all the necessities.The hotel location is quite close to the old town, walking distance only. We arrived at hotel quite early and the staff let us checked in earlier than the check-in time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

It was my first time traveling alone in China. I went to Dali in mid-January before the New Year. I picked this hotel online and wanted to try out a check-in hotel. I checked in on the same day and was not disappointed, but pleasantly surprised. I was carrying two large suitcases and many other bags. When I got off the car and saw the stairs, I was scared to death. It turned out that the hotel had set up a WeChat group for me in advance, and the hotel had asked the butler to wait for me at the stairs. Not to mention that I didn’t have to worry about carrying the heavy luggage by myself, there was someone to help me. On the way to check in, I saw that almost every guest was assigned a private butler, and it was one-on-one throughout the process. I didn’t have to worry about not finding anyone or waiting for a long time. When I checked in, the hotel upgraded my room! During the stay, photography service was included. The atmosphere captured by the photographer was very beautiful. It didn't feel like checking in, and it was very high-end. In the middle, I asked other staff to help take photos. Everyone was very friendly and took photos casually without being in a hurry. They always made me satisfied with the photos and gave me enough emotional value! Whether it is taken by the photographer or the employees, all photos can be produced. When I come back very late after playing, the hotel and the housekeeper will remind me of the curfew hours and safety issues. The security makes me feel at ease. I came back late, and the housekeeper also helped to leave goodnight sweet soup for me. He didn't just put it in the room when the time came. He made sure I would come back before giving it to me. The privacy was very good. I didn't expect that they would respect the privacy of guests so much! The hotel is not close to the sea, but you can still see the sea and the sunrise! The room is themed, and the one that I liked was the pink girl series. There's plenty of space inside, and there's a bathtub where you can take a bath while looking at the sea. The room is well soundproofed, so you won't be disturbed by noise from your neighbors at night. The bed is far from the door, so you won't be disturbed by people walking by and talking! The equipment and hygiene are good, 8.5/10. The disposable items are of high quality. The only thing is that the disposable slippers say ”do not take away” or ”do not drop off”. I'm not sure if they are disposable. After all, the hotel provides cotton disposable shoes. But they are still very clean! I left at 7 am the next day, and the housekeeper reminded me and confirmed the taxi service early. Since I was traveling alone, they inadvertently helped me share a lot of arrangements and worries! The butler had already prepared himself and also helped to carry the luggage into the car. It’s completely point-to-point service! If I had known I would have stayed one more day, the experience would have been really good👍

I would rate this place 5 star for the location which super near to the South Gate. Not forgetting the hospitality and the cleanliness of this place. This place is run by a family. You really feel like home. Very quiet area and very safe. Owners lock the main door at night. But you want to move around late, just inform them earlier that you will be late. 2 wonderful kids here. My son had a great time with them as well. Tutti is so helpful speaks English. I will recommend my fellow Malaysian who visit Dali to consider this place to stay. For the price, this is considered good. No dogs only one beautiful cat. If I want to suggest this place to be better, I would suggest that the owner get someone to tidy your room when you are away. Fantastic stay.
