The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø. 

The service hotel was well-equipped with kitchen appliances and cutlery for those who are on budget and wish to cook! The hotel is unmanned so there js no daily house-keeping or in-person service staff on site during our stay but the check-in process was seamless nonetheless with the help of the kiosk machines at the hotel. The location was very central, near to multiple bus stops, we took less than 20 minutes to visit most of the attractions and top food spots were only minutes walk away. Highly recommended

Great hotel to stay in Tromso, with more equipment than the usual hotel. Comes with a small kitchen and a larger fridge than most hotels. However, the front door is locked after office hours, even though the hotel isn't manned by lobby staff, there is no daily make up room service and you are expected to clear the trash at the end of the stay
