This hotel is quite warm. By the way, the room is quite small and tiny. Hygiene wise is good and never disappointing. Would recommend to those solo travellers.

The hotel staff service is very good, the front desk staff are very professional in booking rooms and providing help. Nutcha is very enthusiastic, provides a lot of practical advice, and is very kind, and will take the initiative to greet each time you enter and leave the hotel. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly. The room was good overall, the bed was comfortable and slept well. The hotel location is also very convenient, close to BTS, MRT and EmSphere malls. Very recommended! I stayed here for 6 nights.

Overall the hotel was good but only a bit small compared to the average hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made my stay very relaxing. The check-in process was very fast and smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Another great advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the MRT and BTS, making it very easy to travel around the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

My go to hotel. Always had a good nights rest… i basically just use this room to shower charge gadgets & sleep. the softest most comfortable bed and pillows.. IMO and my body is used to hard beds too, slept on a chinese wooden sofa w/minimal padding for 2 yrs during pandemic. My beds always made everyday by the housekeeper which us nice, my 4th day i think the sheets were changed as i notice the tiny stain from my probiotic was gone. If you tend to run cold…. keep the ac 28 above… itss cold cold 26 below 🤭 they got some strong ac.. i love it. room came w/ breakie good enough as its free, had varieties of breads & fruits, don’t remember what drinks they tho. its always full in the morning so i dont stay and eat. I have breakfast next door at Au Bon Pain or Starbucks then go on with my day. Cafe next door opens 0630 so very convenient for me. If you’re sensitive to noise , the room aint particularly soundproof, not an issue for me as i leave the tv running all night as my white noise
