Novotel Gent Centrum map

Location: Just next to Ghent City Hall, very central location, within 10 minutes walk to almost all attractions in Ghent, surrounded by many supermarkets such as Carrefour McDonald's. But it may also be because it is too central, so it is noisy, and the voice of passers-by can be heard in the early morning. Service: The front desk staff are very good and very warm, there is free water Facilities: Even if it is older, the TV cannot be cast screen is not a network TV. The air conditioner feels not hot enough. It has been turned on to the maximum wind and the highest temperature, but the room is very large. Hygienic: Cleaned very clean Overall, a few hundred dollars to stay in a hotel of a chain brand, the price is OK

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Ghent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Castle and pretty much opposite Graffiti Street. We stayed as a family of four and the room was well laid out with plenty of space for all of us. The room was clean and had amenities to make a hot drink.

Hotel located in the city center, with a perfect location to reach all the main tourist attractions on walking distance. From Sint-Pieters train station, take tram line 1 (yellow) to the Gent Koophandelsplein stop, then walk a short distance. The room was standard and amenities were fine. Unfortunately, the morning cleaning staff were very noisy, talking loudly from room to room and waking up the entire floor. In addition, the windows were not fully soundproof, and with the Christmas market being dismantled outside, all the noise could be heard.

Super fine location for the pleasant Christmas market located just around the corner. Simple room but nice and clean and good service:)

Well located int he centre and managed to get parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again
