Right from the first moment of stepping into this beautiful hotel until you leave, you are made to feel like royalty. The staff are professional and friendly ; the service is second to none. My partner and I stayed a week and made use of all the facilities - including the spa and the gym. We had to do some exercise to counterbalance the enormous breakfasts- served on the beautiful wooden terrace. The food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner). On three occasions we ate at the spectacular Kliff restaurant with views looking out onto the sea -the perfect place to watch the sunset whilst listening to the waves crashing against the shore below. Truly magical. Our room was beautiful over looking the sea - sumptuous pillows and bedding, great shower - everything you would expect from a top hotel. Also worth a mention is a visit to the Gillie isles (a short boat trip away) to go snorkelling and have lunch - this was arranged through the hotel. Having never snorkelled and not sure what to expect, the whole experience was seamless and personalised. The snorkels etc were ready for us, along with towels and mineral water provided by the hotel. We saw turtles, clown fish etc - a fabulous day. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

I decided to change the room with a view of the garden, but only on the second floor. I liked this number better. The room has been redecorated, the ceilings are higher and the view is much more interesting than the room overlooking the sea, but on the ground floor. For those who want peace and quiet, this is a great choice. There are a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant on the beach to the right of the hotel behind the pier. This hotel is a good choice for Lombok Island.

We had a marvellous stay at Sudamala. It is a 5 star hotel but the hospitality is top notch like a 6 star hotel (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). They really made our stay very special. The food was great especially the Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. He even greets us during our breakfast and special arranged lunch. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. We stayed at Narmada 220 sunset view, hence the ocean view was great. We had a late evening flight, and they offer us with late check out at 3.

Regal Repose: Allow me to start with a royal touch – the king-size bed at Holiday Resort Lombok is nothing short of great. It's the type of bed that seems to stretch into eternity, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep that even royalty would envy. Beachfront Bliss: If your idea of paradise involves the soothing sound of waves and the feeling of soft, warm sand beneath your toes, you're in for a treat. This resort is nestled right next to a beautiful beach, ensuring you're only a stone's throw away from nature's beauty. Isolation Serenity: Now, let's address the flip side. If you're the type who seeks the bustling energy of a vibrant town or a plethora of nearby attractions, you might need to adjust your expectations. Holiday Resort Lombok isn't exactly rubbing shoulders with the town or other sights. It's more of an oasis of tranquility, a retreat from the urban hustle. Breakfast Brilliance: It's often said that a good breakfast sets the tone for the day. Well, you'll be pleased to know that the breakfast at this resort is nothing short of great. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or a light start, they've got you covered. In conclusion, the Holiday Resort Lombok is a tranquil haven that caters to those in search of beachfront beauty and peaceful seclusion. The king-size bed ensures you rest like royalty, and the breakfast sets the stage for your daily adventures. However, if you're keen on exploring the local town or tourist attractions, prepare for a bit of a commute. It's a splendid retreat for those who cherish solitude by the sea.

We decided to head to Indonesia for our honeymoon and we spent time in one hotel before this and it was good and within same price range. We booked Svarga hotel (Varda deluxe double room) via Hotels.com because it seemed like a beautiful and clean hotel with good view where you have your own jacuzzi. However when we got there the staff was welcoming and helpful and carried our baggage up the extremely long and deep stairs into our room. There was an elevator but I assume it was broken as nobody used it and it looked sketchy. (So not for weak-legged people). When we first got into our room there was strong moldy odour and immediately i could see that the hotel had seen its best days many years ago. The ”Jacuzzi” was empty and looked very dirty as it was not been used for years. When I asked about filling it up, a guy and a lady who helped to carry our baggage up told us just to call reception and they quickly went away as they would not like to answer any questions. Then we decided to check out the restaurant and it was pretty disgusting with few squeaky and dusty fans spinning in the ceiling. Also many of the ceiling lights were just hanging from their wires. Very young guy in the restaurant looked surprised when we walked in and asked if we could eat something, he was very polite and a bit shy. Restaurant did not seem quite hygienic.I asked if they have any hand sanitizer but the young guy looked confused and told we they do not have it but we could wash our hands in the swimming pool next to the restaurant. (Yes... he was totally serious:D) Still we ate lunch and food was ok, I actually liked it. Next weird problem occurred when i tried to pay for our food. The young guy in the restaurant did not know how to operate the card payment machine so i offered him cash, and they said they don't have change. When we came from lunch, some monkeys were staring at us from our roof. I think they would have stolen everything outside our room. After this we called Hotels.com and they were helpful and helped us to move to other hotel nearby. It took some time but it worked. Conclusion: I think Svarga has truly been a good hotel in the past but maybe covid time or something has caused it to decline a lot. It would be such a good hotel with proper maintaining and professional staff. All the hotel workers I met were helpful and polite but the reason for the bad state of the hotel is its management. Right now you cannot ask for 85€ per night at that hotel, 15€ might be correct.

This hotel is very small and fresh, built on the mountainside. Opposite the Hilton Hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are very large! We were paralyzed at Hilton the day before. Breakfast was ordered but the menu was a bit confusing

The price is relatively high, there is no hot water on the washstand, but there is plenty of rain and hot water and the water pressure is large. The black beach at the door is clean and clear. This is a more convenient place to watch the sunset. The sound of roadside motorcycles is louder. Breakfast was ok, and the set meal on the first day was more exquisite.

Once you step through the entrance doors everything goes just a little bit quieter, you’re shoulders drop as quickly as your voice and you know you’ve arrived somewhere that will hold you in a space that is sacred. And then you meet Tima and Glenn the Aussie owners who built this place from scratch with love and respect and the pieces fall into place. With only 10 rooms, a bar and a beautiful pool as it’s center “peace”, two poolside cabanas and a team of beautiful Indonesian staff it’s never busy or rushed. The staff can’t do enough for you while remaining completely unobtrusive. I immediately booked to stay an extra four days as it was the place and space I needed to be. For all the solo female travelers know that you’re going to be safe here. It’s less than a 5 min walk through the village to the main road and the villagers love to just say hello as you pass by. You’ll pass two mosques on the way so as with anywhere respect the culture you’re among and just dress appropriately. Bluebird taxis are extremely cheap and safe, the staff are happy to call one for you at anytime. There’s no restaurant onsite but again, the staff can give you menus for the best restaurants in Senggigi who all delivery quickly. Massages and treatments are also one phone call away to be enjoyed either at the pool cabana or in your room (with the aircon). One of the bonuses is you can swim in the pool at anytime (with respect for those around you) so nighttime swims are a thing here! All the information you need the staff will give you and more. I’m extremely grateful for the hospitality and warmth I’ve received during my stay here, I’ve met beautiful people and can only wish Glenn and Tima the health and happiness as they continue to peacefully do their thing...and they do it so well!

Hotel location is good, there is a day trip to the hotel entrance, turn right and there is a hotel convenience store and cash machine, very suitable for a hotel, stayed for two days did not live enough, but also want to continue to live. The second floor villa, the living room dining room downstairs, there is a place on the right side of the balcony where you can soak in the hot spring. The front is directly connected to the swimming pool. The second floor is the bedroom. There is also a lanai. There is one toilet upstairs and downstairs. The second floor toilet has a bathtub, which is a bathtub. The hot water will not be hot for a while. The staff service was very good. I wanted to go to the hotel bar in the evening. The people in the lobby opened the battery car and sent us over. Then we finished the bar staff and called the front desk. He will pick us up again. From the hotel to the bangsal pier about 75 yuan.

This hotel is very good value for money. But I happened to be in a meeting event and I couldn't book a room from the next day. Oh, the bad thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room
