I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Upon checking into the room, the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. There was a used tissue left on the bathroom sink, which immediately raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no basic toiletries were provided, which is something I would normally expect from any hotel. The overall condition of the room was also troubling, with questionable stains visible in multiple areas. The room also had a strong damp and mouldy smell, which made the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The sofa appeared very old and emitted an unpleasant, musty odor as well. Most concerning of all, I encountered insects and even silverfish crawling around the bed and table. This made the environment feel unhygienic and unsafe, and it was difficult to relax or feel comfortable during the stay. That said, the receptionist was friendly and polite, which was the only positive aspect of the stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, unpleasant odors, and presence of pests made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Very good location. Paid parking on the street. Clean. New. Friendly staff. Many restaurants surrounding.

The overall experience of this accommodation is very good, the facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk from the city center and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, friendly, the overall cost-effective, and the stay was comfortable and at ease.

Good location, the staff at the door is positive and friendly, but the front desk often does not see the staff.
