Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort map

To be honest, I'm sorry for this room at this price, more than 5,000 nights. It's really small. The twin bed is not one meter short of the 1.3 meter written on the platform. There are also geckos crawling in the room. It is recommended not to book this suite for family travel. Change is not changed, the only good thing is that the breakfast is not bad, the pool environment is OK.

This hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the beach is very general, to cross a small road, but very quiet and comfortable, is a hotel suitable for vacation and rest. The original sea view standard room, seeing that we are three people (with parents) at the front desk to help upgrade the two-bedroom and one-living room with a terrace and a pool, really surprised. The breakfast is rich and the health is fast, which is the quality of Hyatt as always. However, there is nothing to eat near the hotel, you have to take a taxi. If you want to go to the beach to play, it is recommended to choose a hotel in Kata or Karen Beach.

Room is very spacious, as was the private pool area although view was a bit blocked. Enjoyed the nice rooftop bar Casa Boho which had fantastic views and great vibes, although it doesn't exactly face the sunset directly it was still memorable. Main pool was right by the road/beach and was huge!

Excellent service! Facilities and grounds well-maintained, buggy service efficient and breakfast more than satisfying. We could stay at the resort entire day filled with the daily program and use of the facilities. Only downside is there are no shops, mini mart or eateries nearby.

Well kept hotel with attentive service. Room access by buggy and service was always prompt and attentive. Regular hotel shuttle to Kamala town with a public beach, shops and restaurants.
