Great value for money hotel! Very well priced, so need to rate accordingly. Don't think you can do a lot better considering the price. Great looking hotel entry, with lovely and well priced restaurant/ coffee shop in foyer. Staff were excellent all round! We had two adjoining rooms which show some age but were spacious. Beds were good size and comfy. Bathroom small but good size shower with good pressure. Air con just kept up enough to keep us comfy. Breakfast was decent with lovely fresh cooked omelettes and buffet. Location is excellent, right in the middle of an abundance of restaurants and shops. Lippo mall couple minutes walk, with all the modern shops you could need, including supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants and kids play centre. Lippo comes alive at night with live music, dancing and great food. All in all for the price, very good value.

In order to wait for the aircraft in the middle of the night, it is temporarily set for the purpose of putting luggage. The hotel belongs to the type of hotel, the transition is OK, the boss is very enthusiastic, there are gas tank utensils in the room to cook and eat. Anyway, it is worthy of this house price, very close to the Holidy Inn, 10 minutes walk from the airport.

My wife and I were extremely happy paying $120 for 6 nights. Great room, good size, modern and a great all you can eat breakfast. Pool was amazing. Maintenance was being done and that's expected since covid and no guests. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear above and next door. Staff great and we got such amazing value. Close to airport and beach and Kartika plaza. Best value EVER.

stayed here from 24 Dec to 26 Dec,though arrived at midnight,but still can check in,cuz they have 24 hours counter service, thumb up for this. the hotel just beside St. Francis Xavier church,that is the reason why i stay here,cuz can celebrate chris**as easily. i did request a room close to the church, and Horison arrange a room very close to it, i can even see part of the church from my room,very good! after checked in,found that the church still opened, i went there and had some nice pics inside the church. the room is ok,not very big,it has a TV, unlike some villa,their TV always got problems, but here no problem at all. the hotel provide free mineral water and toiletries. its bathroom is ok,no big problem. the next morning when i woke up, i heard sermon from the church. haha, just like i attend the service also. breakfast is quite good, served at their basement restaurant, in buffet style, local taste,i love its bubur ayam (chicken porridge). you can ask the cook making scrambled eggs or omelette for you, but cant see anyone making eggs in the restaurant. so at first, i don’t know this until i see others have omelette or scrambled eggs, then realised i can order it. but the SOP is weird, you just ask any staffs there to order, but they didnt write down your order,so the cook forgot my eggs,have to wait for a while. they dont have a fixed stall to make eggs,it is hard for staffs to memorise everything. about facilities, there is a small gym and swimming pool at the second floor,i did soak into the pool for a while, the view from the pool is nice, can see some part of the church and also the busy jalan kartika plaza where the hotel located at.the location is convenient, you can walk to lippo mall,discovery mall, even to kuta beach.staffs at the counter helpful, also the guard is nice, he helped me when i want to across the busy road.anyway, this chris**as stay is memorable, highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is very good, the decoration is simple and generous, the bathing facilities are perfect, the breakfast taste is not very accustomed, I ate a few bread to fill my belly, and kept eating watermelon because the Bali fruit is really delicious, this The watermelon was sweet and fresh. I was very satisfied. This hotel should have a parking lot and it was very close to the airport. We were there soon under the guidance of the front desk.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was just walking distance from the airport (literally, 10 minutes's walk!) and a short walk from the beach. Also, nearby there were some convenient shopping malls, places to eat, facilities, etc. The staff were all very professional and super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived.. I would happily stay here again if I was just passing through Bali again and needed somewhere close to the airport.

I choose this hotel because of the location near by shopping mall and the kids love to have they holiday after long time The moment am check in there no great smile or greeting as we are guest There even no welcome drink for me and my kids as well The room is not ready even though I did the booking in advance ( the both room were in different corner ) till requested to have both room must be closer 1 room is complete full of cigarettes smoke smell but another another room was fine The breakfast was great with a lot of options The pool was so clean and my kids enjoying a lot I got very disappointed when they call me in midnight to settle the bill one night before we check out I trust the management will work on this

The hotel is conveniently located. Everything is nearby. The room is not big, but everything you need is there. The air conditioner is quiet. Of the minuses VERY NOISY !!!! the guests shied away all night, screaming and laughing until the morning. Noise isolation 0 . The hood in the toilet works a little louder than the mixer.

We booked in here for half a day as we had a late flight. The price and location was convenient for a place to relax before we went to the airport. Once we arrived we wished we’d discovered this place sooner. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the wifi was the best we’d had in Bali and there was plenty of hot water. It’s in a great location with shops, restaurants and massage parlours right out the front and a big shopping centre, Lippo Mall, 5 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend Kuta Beach Stay. It was so much nicer than the place we stayed previously in Legian and only a fifth of the price. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near fabulous restaurants, cafes and shopping at market stalls and a short walk to some great shops. It was a short walk to the beach however with two fabulous pools with swim up bars, why go elsewhere? The rooftop pool had 360 degree views and great for sunset shots. The main pool has a jungle wall and slide! Our room was clean and spacious and we loved the housekeeping including small treats left for us. The breakfast menu was extensive and did not disappoint. The restaurant on site was fabulous. Great special nights and a place to watch the world go by! I loved the complimentary sunrise yoga class on Fridays and the spa salon was divine! Enjoyed 3 different treatments during my 6 day stay. Special thanks to all the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Sintya Lisna who was so welcoming at Reception and talked to us about special events celebrated throughout the year. Thank also to Gusti, our driver who gave us a wonderful day in Ubud. Could not fault the hospitality.

Great location and very friendly staff .. they do everything to make guests happy … clean beach and quit a lot of chairs .. housekeeping is amazing especially Aldino that made all the request perfectly right … breakfast could have some improvement on hot section since everyday is the same .. pastry is quit good as well as crapes idea .. still quit a lot of variety .. .. food in other restaurants is quit ok but portions could be bit bigger for the price .. the only flow is that there is way too many mosquitoes around so one can’t sit outdoors after 6:30 pm which is really pity especially that there is nice restaurants at the beach with music .. they need to buy some outdoor fans and spray daily .. one does not have this problem in Jimbaran .. the only reason I might not consider going back is mosquitoes!! They bite like crocodile … bite places are swollen and achy!!

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

Had a 6D5N stay at Courtyard on the ground level. The room given was located close to both swimming pools (Courtyard and Marriot Vacation Club). Breakfast was plentiful though there were times when there was a shortage of cups for coffee and had to wait or order with staff. Unfortunately, during the first night, since we were staying on the ground floor, we kept hearing knocking, dragging of items across the floor, above us from early morning till 5 plus am. It made our sleep very uncomfortable and having flown in on that day itself, and due to the lack of sleep, we felt quite tired the very next day. We made an immediate feedback to the Okin. Noise persisted on 2nd night. Thankfully, the following nights were bearable. Suggestion that Courtyard management should consider placing a carpet to minimise the noise level. Special thanks to Okin who handled the situation professionally after we feedback about the noises. Okin personally checked in on us daily to ensure everything was good. Others not forgotten were Bagus (who taught us how to make a bracelet and played the ball game near the pool bar), Kezia and Yuli (at pool bar). Everyone serving there always has a smile on their faces and it made our stay at Courtyard a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Internet is extrem slowly and ist impossible to do anything useful with it. The Pool and pool bar are closing at 8pm!!! Which is more than ridiculous and the main reason, why I won’t book that hotel again. Bathroom design is not well planned and the double function door will wetten the whole room, each time when used, toilet seat half loosen and fall one sides into the toilet. On top many lloud Chinese in the morning and an alarm clock isn’t the room, which can not be deactivated and wakes you up every morning at 7:00 with a loud „no radio signal“ sound. , breakfast do not have cheese or salami or any sausage choice and the ordered eggs arrived every time so late, that we were already done. ! The Free given Drinks are only alcohol free All over all, and even the staff was nice and extremely friendly, I would not suggest that hotel, if you like to use the pool and have a proper western breakfast.

What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

My family and I have stayed here on a few occasions as well as other 5-star resorts, but we prefer Movenpick. The architecture is appealing from the outside to the inside. The rooms are large and well appointed with a large Bali bathtub, natural stone accents and color palette. Linens are luxurious, which include down comforters and oversized pillows. Service is superior to most Bali resorts. From the personal interaction with Maicel at the front desk to the servers in the restaurant & pool side bar….all creating a memorable & personal stay. Thank you Movenpick employees. We’ll see you in a few months for another great experience.
