This hotel is very outdated in need of renovation, a good paint job and cleaning all the mould especially inside the room air con area. The first and second rooms offered to us were not acceptable. Floor board was worn, paint peeling off furniture and holes in skirting board. The worst of all was the very visible mould on the walls around the air con outlet inside the room with a strange smell of possibly mould. It can be a health hazard. Luckily, they have very helpful and understanding staff. First was Kai, she works in the front reception. Kai was so kind and patient. She found the third room with much less mould for us. It was in the evening when we arrived with no time for us to look for another hotel. Also, the hotel had already deducted the whole 5 days room fees from my bank account. Kai organised several staff the clean the mould in the first two rooms right after us. We prebooked with the hotel and paid in advance the larger taxi hotel to hotel transfer service from Pattaya to Bangkok. On check out, the concierge told us we had to pay more to upgrade the service as no taxi was available. I told the concierge that we should be notified earlier and not at the last minute. The taxi was prebooked and paid for, it should be the hotel responsibility to sort this out without worrying the guest. The concierge understood my reason and agreed to upgrade the service without extra charge. Included Breakfast- it was not a full breakfast as there was no bacon. If you wanted bacon, you needed to pay extra. We do not eat bacon in Thailand, so it was not a concern for us. One staff (older lady with a mobile phone in her front shirt pocket) working in the breakfast area was quite rude to guests. She appeared to be senior staff as she gave order to others while she removing used plates from tables. Overall, the stay in LK Empress could be a disaster if without the help from the staff. I do have concerns how the hotel is managed by the senior management staff. The hotel could be a gem if it is run nicely with a good clean. It is right on the Pattaya beach but nicely away from the most busy noisy area.

And here I came 4 times from Thailand , to say that this hotel is good , I can't. I start with the pluses : the location of the hotel is convenient , in Volkin Street, to the pier of Bali Hai , also relatively close to 21 terminal and naclua, the Thais have English. Next the pluses end and the deficiencies and minus , the pool, in principle not big , the people almost never, was there a couple of times in the evening. The rooms are old, everything is broken everywhere, everything is underflowing, the conder cools over and over again. Even if you take that is a budget, take Patayu Park and you 100% don't miss the location and the price will be the same ) I don't make advertising , just during the rest period I visited this hotel , and I will say yes too Money there is better attitude and conditions.

It was the worst hotel we have stayed in in terms of cleanliness. We booked 4 nights but managed to stay for 2. The room looked alright from the pictures and website. However, it was outdated and smelled musty. I asked front desk staff to change room but she said that all of their rooms have that smell and some are even worse. They offered to spray room mist. The smell was worst after you come back from outside cause the AC was off. We were advised to separate the key and card, and leave the card in so that the AC is always on. There were stains and ants on countertop. Also the kettle had never been cleaned. Despite the awfulness, the staff was nice and tried to help. The location is also great. A few min walk to the beach. However, it was a bummer and waste of money.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from Central Festival, right across the street from the beach. It’s a 1 minute walk to 7-eleven, which is great! Check in was fast. The staff was friendly, and spoke English. I was in my room within 10 minutes of my arrival. The room faced the water, and the view was amazing. The bathroom had a large shower as well as a large tub. The bath towels are huge…I’m talking as wide as my bed!! Finally a towel that wraps around my big butt! 😂 The quality of the free breakfast was way beyond my expectations. I’ve had included breakfasts in other places, and I normally don’t like them, but this was different! The ala carte menu had great choices, and you weren’t limited to one. The staff in the restaurant was always there for your needs, always with a nice smile. I only stayed four days and I wish I stayed longer! I will definitely return when I make my way back to Pattaya.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful room and very clean. There is no breakfast option, but there is a food court very close, just across the street behind the big McDonald's, where you can have a delicious meal for 50 baht. The location is perfect too. Everything is in walking distance - the beach, Walking Street, malls and other entertainment - and if you don't like to walk, you can always hop on these Tuk-Tuk taxis for a mere 10 baht and you can ride it as long as you like. For those who are interested, the hotel is guest friendly, but you do have to pay an extra 300 baht for an additional guest. I do have some mild criticism too, though. I forgot my razor and razor blades in my room and emailed the hotel the next day if they had found it. The response was swift, but only to let me know they 'no longer keep these items'. I was a bit sour about that, because these razors cost a lot of money, especially in my country. Another thing is that the hotel laundry service is a bit pricey (but I admit they do a good job). Lastly, I paid 50 baht for two black and white prints, while my hotel in Phuket did a color print for free. I realize I'm nitpicking here, but I just had to get this out of my stingy Dutch system. One more thing you need to consider, is that below the hotel is the Wonderful Bar 2 and it's open until 2 am. A band plays here every night that was audible in my room (room 605, that is). I stayed in this hotel for over a month and since they play the same set every night... well, it can get a bit annoying, haha. Regardless, I really like this hotel, I will definitely book here again and I recommend it to my fellow travelers. :-)

We dropped in at the 24hrs restaurant for a late night binging having hopped multiple bars and shows across the city. We ended up ordering deep fried prawn for starters while sipping on Watermelon n Strawberry smoothies. For the main course we chose Pasta - Chicken in white sauce and Thai cuisine fried Pork with steamed rice. While the thai cuisine was tastefully done, the pasta white sauce was a complete let down, it tasted n smelled of butter, lacked all flavors include salt. The shredded chicken seemed stale and cold. Stick to local cuisines is my learning

Room is spacious and clean. Super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is value for the money and decent standards. Gym and pool can be better maintained, especially the gym. Would be nice they air con the gym. Other hotels with cheaper rates have air con gym and equipment . For the a higher demand in room price, guest would naturally expect better standards. Having said overall I would still recommend this place.

I have visited this hotel many times over the last 15 or twenty years, and reviewed it a few times before. Also, I will be back, unless something better comes along in the price range. But, THE WIFI!! Why must we continually enter the username and password to every device in order to use the less than reliable wifi? Why is there even any password at all, only people staying at the hotel can get a signal, so why is it necessary? It is intensely annoying to have to login at the pool, multiple times, in your room, in the lobby etc. At every other restaurant or bar it allows your phone to just access the wifi when you arrive, but here, no. It has been the same for years. It really is infuriating. Aside from that, the staff continue to be lovely, welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and pleasant. But, the place is getting tired now, and maintenance and cleaning standards have dropped noticeably in the last couple of years. The air-con was noisy and my curtains were both dirty and stained on the outside and also failed to open without me perching atop a seat and wiggling the runners. Location remains excellent, as the hotel has not moved, and the street is generally a quiet oasis in the midst of a chaotic city. As I said, I will probably return next year, but I wish they would sort out the wifi, and I hope they make some effort to upgrade in general and bring standards back to how they used to be. This was a great hotel. At the moment it is just an OK hotel, which is a shame.

Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

Located far from the beach but quiet and suitable for just staying in. Only accept cash for both room rent and deposit. But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card. Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant. Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.

First of all, there is no front desk in this apartment. If you come, I suggest asking Ctrip to go to their office to pick up the keys. I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

Cheap price, good location, a little walk to the sea. The accommodation offers a 24-hour shuttle service. Hotel is Indian. Rooms are not big, clean, fresh, no insects. Very liked bedding. Pillows are very good, increased size, blanket bulge - smiled. Room cleaning is good. Minibar is not in the room. The refrigerator is empty, very small. Breakfasts, just like the hotel itself, are more targeted at Indians, but the chickens, eggs of all kinds, milk, fruit, vegetables, cruisances in abundance. Location-on amateur. The serious shortcomings - related rooms - between the door numbers. Hearing 100% if the neighbouring room is settled. We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

Located along the second street, which is easy to get on Songthaew. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. You can also eat instant noodles. As for the room, there is air conditioning, curtains, lights, outlets, Wi-Fi and all necessary and sufficient facilities. There is also a water server, and there is no problem with water. As for the shower room, there is no problem because hot water comes out. I was able to leave my luggage after checking out. I would like to use it again.

The room was so big with full of facilities including washing machine. I stayed for one night including breakfast, the breakfast was not bad just maybe we had breakfast a bit late but still have 45 mins left. The food wasn’t being heated and not sure about turning off the heating or not. Mostly, the hotel provides Thai food and a salad bar for guests.

Room was a bit run down, they was a bit of a odd smell when I arrived in the room but to fair it did seem to go away after a bit. I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Not disappointed.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

This is the best hotel in Pattaya in my opinion. There is an underground parking lot for free parking, free Wi-Fi, and the decoration is very new and clean. The most convenient thing is that there is a mini bar in the room, with beer and soft drinks. I will meet you next time Come again!
