At the arrival you feel like you're at home, every one , front desk staff , bell man , securities, house keepers etc etc make my stay very special and pleasant, highly recommended " special thanks to Pear front desk , what a lovely attitude , she was veru helpful and special, like the test of the employees " if you want a good place to stay and be treated like family , this is your place, From 1 to 10 , i just can't give them 10 i will give them 100 , next time i come to Pattaya i will stay there again , don't have enough words to describe the gratitude also the person who book us the taxi , Thanks lot everyone , very near the beach , right across you get 7-11 , down the street many bars and restaurants , Breakfast was amazing

The Hotel is so near the beach area (5 mins walk to the Beach), the hotel location is perfect for everything near beach, mall, restaurant and night market. Perfect place to stay in Pattaya. Hotel is clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel Breakfast buffet is very good, delicious and more choices. Thank you Sunshine Hotel and Residences for a wonderful stay in Pattaya, Thailand. Highly recommended to stay in Pattaya. We will surely come back to this hotel in Pattaya.

Lovely hotel nice clean rooms excellent location 5 mins walk to the beach bars and restaurants everywhere. Pity about the 3 small pools definitely not enough beds to go around, main pool in the shade most of the day. Can get a little noisy at night free earplugs from reception if required. Check out Rolling Live 3 bar 2 minute walk away fantastic bands every night.

i travelled here with friends, very good location, beach is on 2 minuites walking distance, good breakfast. has 3 swimming pools

Nice hotel not far from Pattaya Beach and Central Pattaya Beac, Staff is really nice

The hotel’s location is excellent. You’ll likely encounter many Indian guests. The pools aren’t particularly appealing but the ground-floor pool is lovely and stays open until 9pm. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Head outside to the terrace’s egg station for some fresh omelettes. The area gets busy at night with some music heard in rooms until around 1am so be aware of this when booking. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels.
