We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 days. The location is excellent (we had previously stayed in similar ones in the same area, so we knew all the advantages) - right at the tram stop, on one side there is an exit to the Marina, across the Marina Mall bridge, on the other side there is an exit to the promenade with shops and cafes along the beach. When checking in, we were met by the administrator Ekaterina (it was especially nice that there was a Russian-speaking administrator :-)), we were checked in much earlier than expected (we were with children and after a long flight), for which special thanks! The room is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the rooms have everything you need, a balcony + a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron - everything is there. Of course, everything is a bit old and the walls are tired in some places, but we did not pay attention to this. The price-quality-location is the best! There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, a good one, everything is there even for cooking. The pool above it is comfortable, BUT a small request - add sun loungers, there is more than enough space for them. Often there were no free ones right away and you had to wait and throw things just by the flower beds :-) But these are trifles. I recommend the apartments, if we return, we will consider them again.

The Nepalese brother who checked in was very polite and enthusiastic. The room was also large and spacious, especially the bathroom. The hotel itself is equivalent to a scenic spot, with shopping malls and restaurants inside. The shuttle boat can be hop on and off. Some boatmen are also very enthusiastic to help take pictures and introduce the hotel. If you want to take a longer boat ride to see the hotel as a whole, they will basically agree. I won't say much about the strong Arab style. I personally like it. There are Arab snacks and tea in the small villa for free. The hotel beach is very clean and the water quality is very good. A 7-star hotel looks more tasteful and filmy. Overall, it was a very good experience, worth staying again, and it is recommended to stay for two nights or more.

The place is good if you’re not planning to stay inside the whole day. The staff is amazing. Very welcoming, friendly and genuine. Especially the evening receptionist (Egyptian gentleman, I forgot his name). The rooms are spotless clean and also the housekeeping staff really do a great job. The gym and pool are in another building, short walk away. Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a nice view. The room only has a small window and this can at time feel a bit odd. All by all, would consider again.

Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬 They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this . That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

First of all, the staff is really nice. I've only stayed at luxury hotels in Dubai, but this place is friendly and cheerful! They even called me directly to resolve any difficulties I had with taxis or delivery. They also upgraded my room, and it was my first time staying at a penthouse. It was really big, had a lot of rooms, and there were some old parts, but overall, it was a really great place to stay! They even delivered Dubai chocolate. It took 20 minutes to deliver~ There are a lot of restaurants nearby that deliver, and the view is great. I'm especially grateful to the staff who helped me with check-in and check-out. Thanks to them, I think my last stay in Dubai will be memorable.

The main reason I like about this hotel is its location, staff and the cleaners don't disturb you like other hotels do. Before check-in in Marco Polo Hotel, i was in 2 other different hotels and had to leave earlier because of EXCESSIVE and extremely loud noise by cleaners and maintenance staff day and night. They then said there is only 1 room. .i had to look for my confirmation for them to give us 2 rooms and waited long. I paid since previous day and did not know that the sold my rooms. They finally had to give us an upgrade for 1 room as theg did have the one we booked. Do not recommend this hotel

I have asked for a quiet room and I was told by reception there could be some noise due to renovation, I was ok if there’s some noise in daytime due to renovation, but I wasn’t informed that there is a painting job going on and the strong smell of paint filled the room. When I informed the staff, I was told painting is not in the hotel but upon my insistence they checked again to confirm that painting is going on. I have informed the staff that smell of paint is strong and it’s a HEALTH AND SAFETY issue for the hotel guests. But I was told they can’t stop the painting.
