There is no window, it is still not good, it is not airy, I am coming back from Malay West. In fact, it is dawning at five or six o'clock. There is no window, no light, it is 8:30, it is still dark, and sleeps in the basement. same. . . The next day, I talked to the front desk (Chinese) about the problem with the window. He said that if there is still a room with a window, there are not many. The price is OK, the health is OK, no hair dryer

Was with my family of 5. We decided to give this place a go. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was adequate and working fine. Which was really good. You do not expect it to be like this. And for that, THUMBS UP!. I would definitely return and also recommend this place to my friends and family. The location was easy to find, the check-in process was super smooth, and everything was great! The cleanliness, design, view, coziness, and bathroom of the room was brilliant! Even their TV channel is not the type that only has a few channels to watch but their own special interesting channel to watch, and it is a smart TV which able to perform screen casting. There are a variety of types and choices of breakfast available, the restaurant has an elegant ambiance, and their waitress was also friendly and served greatly. There is a link bridge to Setia city mall which is super convenient to have a walk without driving. Super enjoyed staying here, definitely will visit again here, everything is just superb. Highly recommended!!

Hotel is under construction, best avoid for anyone with dust allergies. Rooms are dated. Hallway had roaches and in room ants. Bath tub is always clogged and room had noises in them like someone throwing paper around in aircond vent all day long. Bed sheet had blood stains that was never changed eventhough 3 days in a row the card was put on the pillow to change it but it was never changed.

Overall, we had a great experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam branch, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and modern. The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus. Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.

1. 2 Connecting rooms booked but 1 room was not ready. Receptionist couldnt solve the problem fast. they asked me to wait.. Wait.. Wait.. Couldn't tell me when the room can be ready. I made a complaint to trip.com then only the room ready at 8pm, compensation was where I can check out late at 6pm but for 1 room. 2. Cleanliness of the room poor where it has dirty stain on the bathroom sitting area. 3. Broken bathtub 4. Not enough towel provided for swimming use. 5. Breakfast choices limited. No proper coffee machine in this so call 5 star hotel. Goods 1. Good lunch at Charcoal restaurant. Staffs friendly. Good foods. 2. Atmosphere good with beautiful plants, lake. Conclusion : will not stay again. Not worth.

I checked in yesterday and they have a problem with internet for the whole day so i am unable to done my work. And for today they only replaced one towel in my room. I called to the reception staff asking for towel, she said okay. After 5 minutes, a guy from reception give a call and mention they don’t have stock for the towel!! How can it be?? I called back to the reception, a lady pick up my call and she said okay she will send it up. Thanks to her. So the question here, what is happening with that guy actually??? 1st there is no internet connection on the first day, lucky the second day it back to normal. 2nd you guys didn’t replace two towel in the room, 3rd you mention that you dont have enough stock for towel while you only gave me one towel?? And that lady manage to provide me the towel. Please bring your own towel if you wanna stay here. Overall facilities is okay. The lobby is nice and clean. Just need enough training for the certain staff here. Treat your guest with fairway and we will comeback.

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

Honest review here - first of all the service of the workers is good and helpful so i rate 5 starts for their service but really had to say the hotel is quite old and the sofa is not really clean , can see many dusk inside the rotan sofa. Beside the shower room is not really clean as the shower head have obvious black stain which we not sure what was this as a four star hotel the amenities they provided have comb however I saw hair in the new comb plastic so I didn’t use it. Cleanliness and environment should be improve but had to thumbs up to the worker there really helpful and nice. And extra , breakfast is not bad as well.
