Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

Jade Orental was our first stop in Hanoi after an 18 hour trip from the US. We were a group of 17 people. The General Manger Mr. Do and his staff welcomed us very well on arrival with a efficient check in process. The hotel is located in a great area (we were walking around after midnight and felt safe). Breakfast spread was excellent and food tasty with lots of variety, customer service was very good, rooms were well appointed and bed very comfortable. Felt at home and very welcomed. Would definitely go back there again. Thanks to everyone for making our stay there great.

I stayed in this hotel from 21-23 December and was booked for another hotel in Hanoi after my trip in Sapa in 26 December. I immediately liked the hospitality and the simple room I stayed in as it's quiet and away from the street noise. The location is absolutely perfect, only 1 minute away from St. Joseph Cathedral and 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are a lot of local cafes and restaurants around the area. As I liked my stay the first round, I have immediately decided to book again when I came back to Hanoi on the 26th. One absolute gem is the Metis Spa located inside the hotel. It offers substantial discount when you are a hotel guest and I would highly recommend this Spa too. Big thanks to Sarah and all the hotel staffs for the welcome.

Nearby to Old Quarter Hanoi, and walking distance to nearby must visit area of Dong Xuan Night Market and Ba Dinh Square. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel room is relatively small for family room, simple and decent.

We absolutely adored our stay at Solaria Hotel in Hanoi. Daff kindly messaged me on WhatsApp in the weeks leading up to our trip, providing us with advice and helping me with travel questions before we arrived! We were greeted every day/every time we were in the foyer with friendly welcoming faces. Not only did Daff go above and beyond with a personal and friendly service but so did all of the staff at Solaria. Including Liam and Monday. We booked a tour to Ninh Binh through the hotel which was convenient for us, and the staff kindly provided us with a snack to take with us. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location in the old quarter. Walking distance from the lake, train street, and the markets.The room was small but all we needed for our trip as we were out and about a lot. The room service was amazing always so quick to clean our room. And we loved the buffet breakfast every morning greeted with a smile while we were half asleep! lol We made use of the rooftop bar upstairs in the evenings. They made the yummiest cocktails and made sure we were comfortable. Also highly recommend this hotel for the Spa services!! I am a beauty therapist in Australia and have been for the past 6 years so I was hanging out to get some pampering and TLC on my trip. They kindly offer guests 50% off spa services and I got 3.5hr amazing treatment for a crazy cheap price and it really added to my experience at solaria. We were honestly sad to leave Solaria but hope we can come back again soon. We will remember the thoughtful staff and Daff at solaria always ❣️

The hotel is really value for money. Centrally located with many places of interest within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to specially commend the General Manager Jack. We need to go for a site visit before taking an evening flight our of Hanoi. Jack arranged for us to take a shower so that we feel fresh and good! We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended! I am just concerned that after i sent out this review, they will be so popular that they could be fully booked the next time we want to stay again.

Chi Botique was excellent. The service was beyond amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. The room itself was very clean along with nice furnishing. The bed was also very comfortable. Their rooftop bar has an amazing view for the city - great place to indulge a beer or two. They always have someone standing in the front to help check with your shuttle bus appointments and answer any questions. The front also has a nice seating area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee for people watching. I want to give a shout out to Trang. She did a great job on pointing out the best spots to see and also helped booking our Ninh Bing Tour (this is a must by the way). She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Trang!!!! Please give her a raise☺️ I would definitely be staying here again on the next visit.

Excellent hotel and excellent pricing too. We stayed here for a night as we were heading To the airport the next day. Decent hotel if you’re looking for a place to crash and shower. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. They served breakfast but unfortunately we had to go off to the airport.

It’s a great hotel with excellent location inside old quarters district. Very convenient to travel around. All the staff is friendly and helpful. And special thanks to one of the manager Mr Bob Manh Dung. As it is our first time in Hanoi, Mr Bob recommended us several nice and interesting place for us to travel around. Speaks good English and always shows attentive attentions to all the hotels guests. Would strongly recommend Anatole Hotel Hanoi to all of my friends and looking forward to stay there soon.
