|11.73km from downtownWatching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the ”Best in Vietnam”!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

The view from their rooftop swimming pool is panaromic and provides a stunning view of the city, the beach and the mountains.
The hotel staffs are friendly, service - oriented and helpful.
Breakfast is included in their rates which is a good value for money.
The view from my room that is at the high floor is great view.
I enjoy my stay here at this hotel and highly recommended this hotel.

|3.7km from downtownDear Chicland Team, It is my honor to share my experience in your hotel. I went to Đà Nẵng with my friends on my holiday from 28th April to 01st May. It was great to stayed in such a beautiful hotel like Chicland. The receptionist in charged on Night Shift on 28th & 29th May was really helpful. He was always be ready to support us, to talk and to share many things with us. The housekeepers was great and understand thoroughly the guest. The only thing that made me a bit felt inconvenient was lacking of bidet sprayer 🥹. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see them and interact with them at my next stay! With Warm Regards, Driven - Nguyen Duc De (Mr.)

|1.95km from downtownI can't say that the staff were helpful or unhelpful as we didn't speak each others language and no amount of sign language enabled us to tell the receptionist that our safe was locked when we entered the room, therefore rendering it useless for our 4 night stay. The room we had was huge with a large terrace and a fabulous view of Dragon bridge, sadly that was the only positive. The mattress was absolutely rock hard and the room felt dingy and depressing. As I said, we were there for 4 nights and no attempt was made to clean our room until the 3rd day of our stay. We were out for hours each day so I have no idea why it wasn't done. We had to go searching for toilet rolls etc. Most of the furniture in the room was in an okay state, apart from the fridge which had definitely seen better days but the bathroom was awful. Dirty. I really didn't like the fact that every time we entered or left the hotel there was somebody sitting at the coffee table in reception chewing on sunflower seeds and discarding the skin/peel whatever it is all over the coffee table. A disgusting habit anyway but we were there during the coronovirus scare and to have people's spit all over the table is a health hazard as well as being generally revolting. Needless to say we will not be returning.

|1.48km from downtownI booked a villa with a 40-minute massage and a meal for 1200d. I booked a different room the next day because I was staying alone, but I was upgraded to a room with a king bed and a single for both days.
The room was a little old, but clean, spacious and comfortable.
It was my first time using the steam sauna in the room, and I enjoyed it.
I paid an additional 2000 yen for a body massage. I felt the difference between local massages and resort hotel massages, but the massages were not particularly good.
If you want a satisfying massage at a reasonable price, it might be better to look for one in the city.
I recommend staying here and using the large public bath when you have a late-night flight. The bath was very nice. The only disappointment was that the massage and meal tickets for the next day were given to me just before check-out, not in the morning. I didn't expect to receive the room upgrade service on the second day, so it was a waste. I would have liked to use the service anyway.
I regret that I forgot to tell the hotel that I was leaving on a late-night flight.
The food, pho and coffee were delicious.
Because it's close to the river, there are a lot of mosquitoes so insect repellent is a must.
At night, the sounds from the amusement park can be a little loud, but the lit-up Ferris wheel was beautiful.

|7.76km from downtownwe arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

|3.47km from downtownNice hostel, have spend almost a week there total travelling solo. The building is very stylish, staff is really friendly and helpful, to be honest it's even a bit too much, you feel like you are in some higher-class hotel or something hehe. Breakfasts are top-notch. Location is really good, have places to walk around nearby. But rooms.. are fine. Bunks have covers so you have some privacy, but firstly there are basically no shelves near the bed, so you basically have to put your clothes and stuff between bed and the wall. Then lockers - they are there, but for some reason, 2 of 4 beds have lockers which are NOTICEABLY smaller than others, so my backpack which has 55x35x25 dimensions had to be somewhat folded to put it in, really small.
And then locks - man, they are opened by the key-card, but SO OFTEN it just didn't work, I had several times when I just put it there - it beeps - and nothing happens and I have to put it again like 6 times in the row for it to open. Getting old pretty fast...
And also if you open it to bluntly - it will start signalling non-stop quite loudly, was really obnoxious.
So lockers have to be fixed/changed + add shelves. That's it mostly it.

|3.3km from downtownI cannot honestly recommend this hotel to European travellers. The reception English is not the best for help. No milk available other than sweetened condensed so I had to buy from across the road mini mart. The bathroom has no vanity & the shower leaked. The fridge was not working. The breakfast on offer consisted of vegetables best suited to the large Asian guest list & with no cereals or more than one variety of fruit. Coffee was thick, bitter & black as with only the condensed milk.

|0.39km from downtownHave to cross the big road to the other side to go shopping eating etc. Hotel building is 4 stars, but need lot of upgrade and maintainence to keep 4 stars status. Exhaust fan in toilet not working, no air flow, not good.
Good about the room which has 2 nice windows, but only problems, one window facing main road, also facing the mobile phone transmitting tower almost directly facing the room.
Breakfast is too ordinary for 4 stars with little food options available. But still it is the best 4 stars which I stayed in Danang, too many hotels claiming to be 4 stars but all fake. I have to physically go to check out 4 stars hotels to see if real 4 stars hotel or not in Danang, and in that day, I checked 4 of 4 stars hotels which all fake 4 stars. It seems no regulation and standards there. Bed sheet has hole and room not well maintained, they put a carpet there in the room probably to cover up something, and carpet did not look that clean.
But still it was the best 4 stars which I could find in Danang..

|1.54km from downtownMy stay was between 26th-29th Dec. 1. Prior to my stay, I emailed the hotel to arrange transport numerous time, but did not get a response. later found out they had an unfixed IT issue.Had to arrange for an alternative pickup from airport 2. I got a city view room with a complimentary 30 minutes massage to make up for the list of emails not responded to 3. Hot water was out for 2 out of my 3 day stay despite them claiming to have fixed it (it’s winter btw) 4. Room service was missed once 5. Plug points did not quite work. There wasn’t a remote control to the tv in the room 6. Breakfast-they really have to work on VARIETY 7. Gym needs an update, equipments are super rusty. No mat. Dumbell rack has got stagnant water build up. Nothing like what are in the pictures advertised (shared some pics) 8. They dont have proper shade /awning at the entrance to keep the guest away from heavy downpour-lobby floor doesnt have a rubber mat(not that i recall) .Tendency to fall is high Plus point: wake up call was on time and front office crew were absolutely nice and hospitable (Lily,Cara,Cindy and Louis) This is my 3rd visit to Vietnam. Overall, Danang experience is quite the disappointment to be honest. Hotel reception offered me VND100,000 for airport departure transportation token, ( i didnt take it as damage was already done-money is not going to fix it is it now, plus ive already paid for my transport) Hotel wrote an apology email to me right after- it is what it is. I expected more for a hotel that has a 9.2 rating card on their front desk

|1.82km from downtownThey did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!

|3.94km from downtownThe room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.

|3.52km from downtownThe triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.

|3.48km from downtownIt smells musty and lacks a sense of cleanliness. A woman who appeared to be the owner's mother kept fooling us about using the air conditioner over and over again, making the room uncomfortable and stuffy. If you tell the staff that the room is hot and humid, they will immediately set the temperature to 22°C to 24°C, but the staff will come into the room a few minutes later and change the temperature to 28°C before leaving. This happened over and over again, so I canceled the second night and moved to another nearby accommodation.

When I said that my confirmation stated that the check in was at 2 pm they said that ”the other guests were there before [me]” and, as I interpreted it, the other guests therefore could stay there instead of me…At check out they first asked med to pay (twice as much as the price) even though I already paid.

Hopefully you won't notice as you'll be out and about sampling the great nightlife locally. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did x
