The service wasn’t great and we didn’t receive any directions to our hotel when arriving at the main check in desk and walked around aimlessly in the rain past different hotels until we finally found ours as couldn’t find anyone working to ask. The room wasn’t very nice and the walls looked dirty and in need of a good clean and repaint. The windows were leaking badly and there was mould and damp all around the inside of the window frame. Also on checkout we were asked to wait at the reception for 10 minutes while they checked our room to make sure we hadn’t left anything. But after 15 minutes had past nobody came to advise us we could go, even though we were waiting patiently in front of the reception desk. So I returned to the queue to wait patiently until I spoke to the same receptionist again who seemed to have forgotten me completely and asked me for my room number again, even though I’d only just handed my keycard back to her 20 minutes earlier. She then finally told me I could leave after asking if I’d returned an umbrella to reception which I hadn’t even used in the first place! I needed to leave quickly as had a taxi waiting for me at the main reception area, but the lack of customer care and unnecessary waiting around to check out wasn’t a good experience considering the high cost for the 2 night stay. I wish my experience had been better at Ba Na Hills as the place is very beautiful. But the hotel quality and the service really needs attention and an overhaul, as I’ve honestly stayed in better 2 star hotels. I would like to return to Ban Na Hills again but definitely would look at booking into a different hotel next time.

This hotel is actually located very close to Ba Na Hills, but in fact it is a long drive away. It takes more than an hour, and the mountain road is difficult to drive, where it is very difficult to call a car, all need to add money. The hotel is located off centre and far from the beach. However it's quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. Our room is not as clean as expected, especially the toilet. Given the price and our length of stay, this is not a real big complaint.

This resort is located on My Khe Beach. This time I booked a villa with a private pool. The hotel environment is very good and the facilities in the room are also beautiful. They also provide bath salts for people to soak in, and the service is attentive. The location is near an intersection, so it's easy to go here and there. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although the facility has been remodeled, the hardware seems to be a bit lacking. I stayed on the 8th floor. The water pressure was too weak, and the hot water didn't work well. I think it's not a bad option for those who just want to stay quietly. The restaurant on the first floor is a bit pricey, but it's okay.

Fivitel King hotel is located within city center and very near to My Khe beach and airport. Got 3 family rooms for me and my friends,room has king size bed and single bed, big enough for 3 pax. I used it for half a day on my last day before returning home. The price was very cheap so I didn't have high expectations, but the hot water in the shower and the performance of the air conditioner were good. This time I came to Da Nang for five days and four nights. I am very grateful that I booked two hotels. The first hotel was very average. On the third day, I stayed in this resort and had a good experience. There were staff at the door to greet me and send my luggage to the second hotel. In the room on the first floor, the lobby has an open swimming pool and the restaurant is right next to it. The bathroom is independent and large and very comfortable. The resort includes breakfast and hot springs♨️. It is great to use the hot spring service for two days. After going out in the hot summer, my whole body It’s sweat, so it’s best to go back to the hotel and go directly to the hot springs! The room is large and the bathroom is also large. The best thing is that the air-conditioning in the room is very sufficient and cold. The breakfast is convenient and the environment is quiet and beautiful. You can choose to sit indoors or by the pool to enjoy the sea view. There are many choices in food and you will be full and satisfied. Check in again if you have the chance

we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

I’ll start with the fact that I chose a Sea View room, as it turned out the photo on the website did not correspond to the truth, the manager said that the photo was a fake, that there was only city, the reception staff didn’t speak English well, but the manager tried to find a way out of the situation, for which I gave a plus sign, the room was large, The bathroom has a bathtub without curtains, it is inconvenient for splashes everywhere. Breakfast at the hotel is not any kind of omelet and eggs are not fried, I could barely find boiled ones, the price is not high but does not correspond to the declared 4 stars, I do not recommend it, you can just spend the night but without breakfast

In general the hotel is quite nice, the private villa is spacious and perfect for my family. We took the 2 bedroom villa. It is well mantained and in good conditions, AC inside, all cutlery needed, plates, refrigerator, microwave, even special towels for our private swimming pool. The breakfast is good, fruit and dishes are good, have several varieties and very western. One thing that really need improve is coffee. Being in Vietnam, amazing that the coffee was horrible, and also, some special coffee like cappuccino may need extra payment, not a good touch for a buffet, sorry. The staff was excellent, always care of us. Distance is a bit complicated for some food delivery which would be extra expensive, but in general everyone knows location. The entire hotel is quite private and big and very family friendly. Definitely stay again.

Service was welcoming, room was cleaned daily to an acceptable standard, location was good easy to walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Only downside was being able to hear other guests (heard guest vomiting not ideal) & guests smoking in their room. Breakfast not very western however plenty of restaurants within seconds walk that do. Only had breakfast once during stay and the custom omelette was nice. Didn’t have huge expectations but the staff were pleasant and accommodating chats and interactions. Felt welcomed.

Nice hostel, have spend almost a week there total travelling solo. The building is very stylish, staff is really friendly and helpful, to be honest it's even a bit too much, you feel like you are in some higher-class hotel or something hehe. Breakfasts are top-notch. Location is really good, have places to walk around nearby. But rooms.. are fine. Bunks have covers so you have some privacy, but firstly there are basically no shelves near the bed, so you basically have to put your clothes and stuff between bed and the wall. Then lockers - they are there, but for some reason, 2 of 4 beds have lockers which are NOTICEABLY smaller than others, so my backpack which has 55x35x25 dimensions had to be somewhat folded to put it in, really small. And then locks - man, they are opened by the key-card, but SO OFTEN it just didn't work, I had several times when I just put it there - it beeps - and nothing happens and I have to put it again like 6 times in the row for it to open. Getting old pretty fast... And also if you open it to bluntly - it will start signalling non-stop quite loudly, was really obnoxious. So lockers have to be fixed/changed + add shelves. That's it mostly it.

Moreover, the front desk did not proactively inform us of the wifi during reception. When I went to the restaurant the next morning, I learned that the original breakfast buffet had also been canceled due to insufficient number of guests, and only meals per person were provided.

There are many articles saying that it is a place to kill time before going to the airport, but I stayed in a 2 king bed room for 3 nights and 5 days and was very satisfied. The hotel service is okay. The front desk staff will enthusiastically recommend some tourist attractions in Da Nang to us. However, the hygiene in the room is not good and there is room for improvement. There were some stains on the towels and sheets, but the hotel has room for improvement. The environment is also quite beautiful, with many green plants. I don't know if it's because there are so many plants, but there are occasionally some insects in the room. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel, but we did not see any guests falling into the water during our stay. For hygiene reasons, we did not swim.
