Nice looking hotel and good rooms. Didn’t expect this for the price. Liked the layout of the room as well. I did notice that maintenance seems to be a bit behind, so that is an area to improve.

The accommodation is quite beautiful. 500 meters walk away is the beach. But the room is not very clean. There's quite a bit of dust. Breakfast is small but delicious, just enough.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Boutique hotel, convenient location and staff were very friendly. Bathroom/toilet could be a little more private to the room but other than that, it was a very lovely and comfortable room

Lovely and friendly staff, enjoyed the the stay , centrally located. Hotel and room very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet ok, but needed to be a bit more private. Overall good rating, especially fir the staff

We booked the family suite, which is two adjoined rooms. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and very comfortable for two adults and two kids. The hotel is also located just a short 5min walk from the beach, which made for many great days at the seaside! The area around the hotel is not very developed yet though, so it is recommended to use the Grab app for transport to more buzzy places and food deliveries.

Our stay was great! The hotel is new, clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was newly furnished, bright and very clean. The location is great, the beach is a quick walk away, some great restaurants and coffee shops! Would reccomend!

The room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.

The hotel is quite nice. Rated as the top 10 boutique hotels in Da Nang, however, when I stayed here for 1 night and had the following experiences: Check in: Enthusiastic receptionist Check in: The room is beautifully designed and new as shown in the picture but in The mini bar still has 2 bags of Thai sweet soup that smell sour 😅 All rooms here will not be able to accommodate extra beds, so please note. Surcharge for the third person is 200k for damage costs. Even though I paid the fee, I still left the third person missing items. Had to call and bother the receptionist many times. Wifi: Unable to connect.
