We had to come last minute from another hotel that was dirty. We have stayed with orange hotel before and we loved it . This time though the room was very very small. There was a smell in the room that “ me with allergies “ I couldn’t sleep properly . It smelled like mold or humidity not like the previous time we stayed . Because we came late at night I did not take the time to ask to change to a better room. Overall ok but I was bummed by the mold smell and size of the room .

Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Upon checking in staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate after service, clothes even neatly folded. Towels and bed sheets seemed brand new! Great stay, would highly recommend.

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the breakfast that is available in the morning and also the access to clothing washer and dryer. Would stay there again.

I went back to communicate and said that it was really impossible, so I can pay taxes and fees, and I need to be reimbursed for business trips. As a result, the front desk can't say a word! ! ! In the same situation, the price is about the same. I booked the S-INN Qi Hotel in Haikou again, and the damage is enough if there is a comparison. Picture 1 and 2 below are the Orange Hotel. Don’t doubt that the entrance is located a little bit, and the bathroom is small. The other is the picture of Shiqi Hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the service attitude is good. The same Ctrip gift card was booked, and the hotel helped to deal with it very well.
