Friendly staff very nice hotel

I supposed to modified my booking cause my flight are delayed. but their service are very poor I contact them many times and the booking was already finished and after all of my contacts they just contact me telling I cannot get any refund or modification of schedule. I am very disappointed of how they contact the customer as well they don’t even contact me when the check in are start without the person checking in. Overall very bad hotel it self. Good environment starts with good people in it. In the end my money are already gone trusting this hotel very disappointing.

The lobby is posh, clean and smells good. The room is not new but all the amenities are functional.The staff are polite and helpful If you are looking for a safe place to stay near Makati attractions, this is a good place. I will rebook again!

I like looking at the night view and scenery from hotel rooms, and this time I was looking forward to a city view when I booked, but unfortunately all I could see was the wall next to the hotel, which was disappointing. I'm considering booking again in early April, but if I can't see the same view next time, I'll consider booking another hotel.
