Four Points by Sheraton Flushing map

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

The room size is moderate, the facilities are new and comfortable. Good location, there are different hotels around, it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the most concentrated food center 👍

Our visit was a really good experience. The hotel was very comfortable and parking thought pricey met our needs. The people at the reception desk were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We would stay at Four Points Sheraton again depending on our location needs. Thanks Donald Smith

A good hotel, the room, bed and shower are quite comfortable. Hotel facilities are also very good, everything is very clean. The gym and pool are great. Hotel location is a bit far from Manhattan or JFK Airport, but it is more convenient to transfer at LaGuardia Airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle.

It is a pretty hotel. My only problem was the cleanliness, there was dust on the night stands of the room and the sink and shower were not cleaned when we arrived. The staff seemed stressed and didn’t provide top tier service in terms of attitude and annoyance towards simple questions we asked, but I give them grace because I know the type of clients they have to deal with since I’m retail myself. The pool was closed and I booked for the pool so that was saddening. For no pool I feel I should’ve been compensated for at least some of the cost because it was an expensive stay. Overall not a terrible experience 8/10
