I had an amazing stay at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur with my partner during Valentine’s Day. Truly a 10/10 experience. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and elegant, creating a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from check in until check out. Their service made our stay feel special and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the hotel was perfect for a couple’s getaway. Everything from the service, environment, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a romantic stay in Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Face Suites. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view. It felt more like staying in a luxury apartment than a hotel, which was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop infinity pool — the view is stunning, especially at night. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy Kuala Lumpur’s skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend The Face Suites and would love to stay here again.

Had a really great stay at Parkroyal. The biggest highlight for me was the staff, they’re genuinely helpful and on top of everything. I arrived late and needed to exchange money, and they handled it straight away. I was exhausted, and they made the whole check-in and settling in process very easy. Throughout the stay, they were always attentive and responsive. I had an issue with the air conditioning and they sent someone immediately to fix it. Small things like that make a big difference, you always feel looked after. Breakfast was honestly crazy good, one of the best I’ve had. The room was very clean, and the lobby is actually a nice place to sit and relax. The Lemon Café there is also worth trying. Location is another big plus, you can walk to almost everything. One thing that really stood out, I had a surgery during the trip and they took extra care of me without me needing to ask. Also, when I booked a VIP transfer to the airport train with no details at all, they stepped in, contacted the service, and got me everything, driver number, car details, all sorted. Overall, very smooth experience. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was well equipped, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils such as knives, forks, plates, and bowls, which made the stay very convenient. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The toilet tissue in the bathroom was almost finished when I checked in. It would be better if housekeeping could replace it with a new roll during cleaning for the next guest. Another issue was the lift, which occasionally seemed to malfunction and sometimes the buttons were not responsive. Other than these minor issues, the overall experience was still good.

I booked the Sky Suite for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day quite a while in advance. The room was spacious, and both the bedroom and living room offered views of the Petronas Towers. However, the room windows were quite dirty, which made photos turn out poorly. The cleanliness was excellent, and there was plenty of bottled water in the room. We received welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided daily. If the hotel were more thoughtful, they could have offered something like sweet soup on subsequent days, as we couldn't finish the fruit. The room rate was quite high; at 6,000 a day, it felt a bit overpriced. We stayed for three consecutive days and didn't even receive a souvenir. The essential oil in the room smelled nice, and I particularly liked the scent of the essential oil in the hallway. Here are a few areas that need improvement: 1. The air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted above 24 degrees Celsius. 2. The faucet in the sink had no buffer, so water would splash all over you as soon as you turned it on. 3. The main bathroom light was linked to the exhaust fan, which was incredibly loud. Any time you needed more light, the exhaust fan would also turn on, creating a lot of noise. 4. Room soundproofing was poor; we could hear noise from both the hallway and the bar upstairs. 5. The duvet was too thin, and because the air conditioning was so cold, we froze at night. The swimming pool was nice, but there was only one changing room. I'd recommend changing in your room before going for a swim. The rooftop bar charged 1200 MYR for two people on New Year's Eve, and the fireworks were terrible. Overall, this hotel offers very poor value for money.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Although the parking place is a bit aged but the hotel is well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and check in process done smoothly. The hotel room is very cozy and the mattress is very comfortable. I like the most is a water dispenser in the room.Very convenient👍🏻

Service: There's a front desk, making check-in and check-out very convenient. Environment: It's 400 meters from the subway station, a 15-minute walk to Pavilion KL, and other attractions are also nearby. Facilities: The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers, but it does have a washing machine. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite poor. The bathroom had a strange smell, and there were especially many cockroaches, countless cockroaches.
