I stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty decent stay. The bed was comfortable and the pool is a decent length. As the property is quite long, there's quite a fair bit of walking to be done if your room is located on the far side. Condition of the building might need to be in a bit of repair. When I wanted to use the gym, it turned out that the door lock to it was spoilt and needed repair. I was able to gain access after half an hour. On a rainy night, I found water leaking in, which spread to beneath the bed. While housekeeping quickly came to wipe the water from the floor, it did leave me wondering if there would be more leaks.

While the location is a bit remote — with travel into central Ubud taking up to an hour due to the single road access — the truth is, you won’t want to leave the resort at all. awesome experience at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! the staff were very friendly and service oriented. They even arranged a small cake and handwritten note to help celebrate our anniversary. it also has a decent beach front with access to neighbouring hotels which was great for a walk along tbe beach. breakfast food (and dinner too) was also great!

One of the best vacation beach hotels I experienced. Room was spacious, clean, with safety box and balcony... The swimming pool was great - sun tanning/ protection lotion provided - subject to availability 😀 The hotel was just some 100 metres to the beach, walkable distance to Beachwalk shopping mall, Waterbom, and there were many restaurants, bars, and massage around. Round the corner was the busiest district with shopping, eating, or just walking😄 What impressed me the most was, every single servicing staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! ** there was a very cheap laundry shop in the hallway to the hotel. 😃

The hotel environment is very nice, and the girl at the front desk was very kind. She even upgraded our room. ”She said the room I booked was out of stock, so she upgraded us to a better room. It was right next to the pool, which was great.” However, the air conditioning in that room didn't cool us down that last night. We asked to move, but they were out of stock. So the hotel gave my husband and me a free breakfast each as compensation. Thank you for your great service!

Location is great and a lot of amenities around (7-11, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, etc.) and beach is only 15-20min walks. It also took us around 20 drive from airport. Deluxe room was spacious and clean. They have water dispenser at the hall for you to fill up your water bottle. Check-in/check-out process was quick, and they have decent selection for breakfast. Overall value for money

The design of the whole hotel is beautiful especially the view of the swimming pool area. The breakfast is good and the food delivery at room is also delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. There is also table tennis table provided for playing. Upon request of late check out, prompt arrangement is made to the convenient of the customer. Worth staying while at Uluwatu.

My partner and I went there for a second honeymoon and was impressed by the hotel. I booked it due to the unique architecture/design of the hotel, but seeing thru pictures and seeing thru your very own eyes and experiencing the hospitality is not the same. The service was tip top, we totally felt special/royal even soon as we step into the hotel compound. The food selection for breakfast was plenty so does the restaurant within the vicinity.

The most perfect hotel of this trip – everything from the service to the rooms and breakfast was outstanding. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. Sanur Beach was incredibly chill. Bali made such a fantastic first impression on me that I had no interest in visiting any of the popular 'influencer' spots. On my next visit, I absolutely must stay at Andaz for a few more nights.
