The room is very clean and the environment is very nice.  Location is perfect and close to the famous Busselton Jetty.

The accommodation offers ample space, complemented by a comprehensive array of resort amenities, including tennis courts, a swimming pool, a playground, and convenient access to the beach for sunset strolls. For dining, Groper's Fish & Chips, located adjacent to the resort, provides a convenient takeaway option.

The hotel has a huge campus with many bungalow-style units. The room is spacious, and the environment is very relaxing. Unfortunately, we checked in late in the evening and didn't get to enjoy the facilities the hotel offers.

Big room with a living room area. Netflix and free WiFi available. Bed are big and we had a good night rest for all 3 nights of our stay. There is a heated pool but we did not use it as it was cold. Cooking utensils available. Washer and dryer need some cleaning and maintenance . Went for a whale watching tour which is only 10 mins from hotel. Very conveniently located to visit Busselton Jetty and Margaret River.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Overcharging and Poor Experience Please understand that I have no issue with the hotel itself. My issue is with your Trip.com website. The hotel rate is usually around $180 per night; however, I was charged $320 per night through your platform. This is an unacceptable difference. I do not want to hear explanations from your website regarding this matter. Due to this experience, I will not be recommending Trip.com to anyone. Regards, Nadia Khaki
