We are on the main channel facing due South which is important because it means NO MOSQUITOES and there is always a nice breeze.We are just outside the city limits of Hot Springs which means we are minutes away from everything, 5 minutes from Oaklawn Park, yet located on a private, quiet peninsula.We have a boat dock available with a marina a few hundred yards away to gas up the boat. You will put your boat in at Hill Wheatley park and hop across the main channel to our boat dock.We have covered parking for your vehicle or your boat trailer.
