I had an exceptional stay at I’M Hotel Makati and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a truly relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outstanding facilities. The onsen spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center were all impeccably maintained and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. What truly sets I’M Hotel apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable. What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.
