- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean

- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.
