Nice clean and spacioua. Lots of place to eat near btly. Close from centeal market and beaches. Has heated pool nintendo switch and kids cafe. Nice for families.

On the first night of our two-night stay, after dinner, we returned to our room to find the doorknob broken. I sustained a minor injury (a bruise on my knee) while trying to open the door. The next day, I explained the situation to the front desk. Their response was, 'Can't you go out for a bit? We'll fix it while you're gone.' Given my frequent overseas business trips, I'm quite surprised that a hotel of this caliber didn't even bother to ask if I was okay after I got injured. Since it wasn't a major injury anyway, and Seamarq isn't exactly known for its service, I decided to just go along with it. I told them I'd go out for a tea and dinner and left. Upon my return, I found that nothing had been repaired. So I called them again. The person on the phone from housekeeping said, 'We haven't received any such request. Let me check. Is there anything else you need?' When I said no, they let out an incredibly exasperated sigh, saying 'Yes... [sigh]'. It was truly absurd. I wasn't being difficult or demanding special service because of my injury, especially at a hotel charging these prices. So, to have the customer service team sigh at me was incredibly frustrating. About 10 minutes later, the maintenance team came up. They then asked if I could leave again so they could repair it. I wondered why they made me leave earlier if this was going to happen. Anyway, I left and came back again, only to find it was just a makeshift repair. I was too fed up to argue further, so I didn't say anything. I suppose I'll end up staying at Seamarq again when I visit Gangneung, as there's no real alternative until Shilla Monogram opens. I'll just think of this place not as a hotel, but as a ridiculously expensive luxury infinity pool. This was my fourth stay, and it seems that every time I come, the beautiful hardware is completely ruined by the service. However, the service for other facilities like the pool and spa wasn't bad. (While not professional, there was a sense of thoughtfulness in many aspects.)

The room condition, various programs, and facilities such as the spa were really good. In particular, I enjoyed swimming and using the sauna while looking at the beautiful scenery, and I participated in the yoga program twice among the wellness programs, and the quality of the classes was very good. The only regrets were that it was a long distance of more than 2 hours by car from the metropolitan area, the somewhat chaotic atmosphere when the wellness program yoga/meditation was in progress, and the outdoor jacuzzi facilities and water quality management were lacking. If you visit next time, it would be good to stay for more than 2 nights on a weekday during the off-season in the warm season.

The location is perfect for a direct view of Ulsanbawi Rock. The WEST building I stayed in was an older building, so the veranda door was warped and wouldn't close properly. This winter, the cold wind blew in. I was able to cook simple meals, so I ordered abalone soup to go and cooked it for breakfast. However, the stove was gas, not electric, and one of the stoves wouldn't light. Still, the three of us on our family trip had a great night's stay. The next day, the clouds cleared, revealing the view of Ulsanbawi Rock. We enjoyed it.

Traveling with a 2-year-old child It was nice that there was a children's playground, an indoor pool, and a large hot spring bath. The child was very satisfied. The dinner buffet had delicious snow crab and sashimi. There were various activities on site, as well as a convenience store, restaurant, and cafe, so we could enjoy ourselves all day at the resort. About 20 cm of snow fell in the middle of the night, but the staff worked hard to shovel it away, which was great. There were mats laid in the pool to prevent slipping, but they were not all over the place, so the tiled parts were slippery, so please be careful if you have small children. I asked for bed guards when I checked in, but they never came to install them.

The hotel is next to the beach, very convenient, the service is good, the food is quite good. The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. If I come back to Donghae I will definitely stay here again.

I traveled comfortably, but even during the holiday season, I only use some of the sauna and sauna during the week and open normally only on Thursdays and Sundays, and I hope the restaurant's pre-food reservation system will be improved. Other matters are very good.

An exceptionally located nest for travellers visiting Seoraksan.. the best part about this place are the people who run the show.. Mr Lee Inwon and his family members.. very warm, hospitable, friendly people.. The guidance I received from them really made my trip absolutely worth it.. and I look forward to it again.. the sit out lounge reminds one of a family living room.. Thank you Mr Lee for such a wonderful experience

The careful part of the hotel was not inferior to the best hotel, and the sauna was a place that the nearby residents often use, so it was good to have a horse and an open-air bath. The connecting room is good and the unmanned cafe is 1500 won for ice Americano. I was surprised to use the fructus beans. There is a business room and a Dragon China affiliation discount.

It was a place I chose for a sudden family trip, but it was really nice. Even if it is not as stylish and noble as a hotel, there is a unique emotional atmosphere like a rural grandmother's house or a deep lodge. The location is not downtown, so it's a bit remote, and there is no convenience store around, only mountains and rivers, but I think it was rather good. It was a long time since I wanted to be surrounded by mountains, not buildings, so I was satisfied. Due to the location and room characteristics, it would be especially good if you go in summer, but in winter, the mountains are very pretty in the eyes, so it was good. And the boss was really kind and caring, so I was able to stay more pleasantly. We were at the cafe together, and the coffee we drank there before leaving the room, the conversation we had with the boss, and the ukulele performance that the boss showed us were all very good. Hongcheon is mostly mountainous, so it doesn't seem to be a place for many people to travel, but it seems to be a good place to get out of the city and enjoy nature for a while. If you come to Hongcheon, Sicily Pension here will be a good choice as a hostel!
