It is recommended to take the bus two stops from the train station. The bus stop is opposite and the bus to Akiyoshidai is also nearby. This price is very cost-effective to experience one night and two meals.
The facilities were old, but the room was very clean.
The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
I called the front desk to confirm check-in time, but they were short-staffed and did not answer, but other than that it was perfect.
I stayed alone on business. My reservation for one person was not communicated, so I was charged the hot spring tax for two people.
When I explained the situation, they corrected it to one person, but I would have liked them to respond more clearly based on the guest name at the time of booking.
There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it.
Super super hotel (as it should be given the price!), with very friendly staff.
The private in room onsen is very luxurious.
Only minor negative points are that I was not allowed to leave my bag at the hotel when I arrived before check-in time and no massage service was available.
Location: Within 30 minutes from Dongguan Station, you can store your luggage in the case of Dongguan Station, and then the hotel people come back to take the luggage, go sightseeing first, and then call the hotel people to pick it up, basically no more than 2km can be picked up for free.
Service: Standard Japanese hotel level, but not too good point.
Facilities: The room is equipped with facial cleanser, lotion, makeup remover, but like the big bath, there are no special features. There are two types of large baths. It would be better if the big baths in the morning could be opened to 11:00. It was a bit nervous at 9:30.
Food: There is a difference in meals for two nights. Changzhou cattle and seafood are great, but the foremen and desserts are very general. Don't note the dishes and there is no special feature. If the puffer fish sashimi is not available at 18:00. Breakfast is not delicious.
Room: Some are old, not in health, mainly no USB sockets, etc.
Hot spring: great! Between the stand and the seat are great, it is recommended to try both large baths!
Clean and relaxing hotel. Have osen and breakfast included. Multi storey car park is located next to the hotel and the parking fee for one night is 400 yen after you got coupon from hotel front desk. The hotel also provides different type of pillows and facial masks which can choose them from self service cabinets.
The air conditioning in the room smelled terrible...it took a while for the smell to dissipate. The breakfast and the location were very good. Parking was limited. There were special packages available nearby for 1300 yen per night. The Shimonoseki Dream Tower is nearby, offering sunset and night views.
The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Miyajima, so I booked a hotel in Iwakuni instead of Miyajima to save money and see Kintai Bridge.
Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge are near the hotel, and I could see Kintai Bridge from my room, which was nice.
There is a large bath and an open-air bath inside the hotel, so I think there are many things to enjoy. You can see Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle from the open-air bath.
Actually, there is not much to see, but I think the large bath alone is worth going.
I originally booked a room with a mountain view, but I was given a room with a view of Kintai Bridge, which was even better.
The staff are all friendly, so even if you don't speak Japanese, they will slowly teach you.
I was traveling alone and stayed overnight without meals. For dinner, I was able to go to an Italian restaurant on the first floor without a reservation. The food was so delicious that I wondered if I was in Italy. The hotel staff were very cheerful and polite, and wonderful people. It was a wonderful trip.
We used a twin bed and tatami mats ocean view semi open-air baths and Japanese style rooms and sea side Japanese rooms.
The Japanese-Western room was new and we were able to relax slowly in a room that was too large for two people.
The bath was semi open-air, so it was good not to be cold even in winter.
I booked a Japanese-style room only for sleeping, but I was able to spend time enjoying the excitement of sleeping on a mattress on the tatami mats. The futon was prepared at dinner.
There were two hot springs, and open-air baths and saunas were available.
The amenities and dressers were substantial.
The meal was prepared in the morning and evening, and the fish and meat were delicious.
The staff took care of me and I was able to spend a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much.
I made a reservation for a reasonable kaiseki breakfast and dinner course at a low price, but the meal was better than I thought, and there was a variety of appetizers, sashimi, pufferfish dishes, and kawara soba, so it was good. Since it is Yamaguchi Prefecture, I was able to drink Dassai at a low price with the sake tasting menu, which was nice. The room was a random product, and I was assigned to a tatami room in the east wing. The bathroom and toilet are separated, so the room area is spacious, which is nice. The large public bath is very large, and the open-air bath is a kakenagashi style, and the water is really clean and it feels very well managed. It is located in the center of Yuda Onsen, so it is convenient to walk to nearby izakayas and restaurants.

SSuraneeMy flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.
GGuest UserWe couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hagi no Yado Tomoe. Outstanding from start to finish. Delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) on both days, comfortable futons in spacious and well-appointed rooms, the most friendly and efficient service (sincere thanks to Takashi-san, our ‘butler’, but also to the entire team) and ideally located in walking distance to all Hagi’s most interesting sights. I can’t recommend Hagi no Yado Tomeo highly enough.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, there is a hot spring next door, and there are discounts for the guest hot springs. I am very satisfied. I especially want to thank the hotel. I booked the wrong date and couldn't stay. The hotel fully cooperates with Ctrip to help me with the refund and change it to the order of the day. It is very user-friendly. Thank you. Have the opportunity to live again next time. The foot soup at the nearby JR station 🚉 is very awkward. I am very satisfied with the foot while watching the train!

GGuest UserThe accommodation design, environment, service, and hot spring baths are excellent. The food is like an art feast. The environment is quiet, allowing the body and mind to relax and enjoy the tranquility. It will make people want to stay in other hotels under the Hoshino Resorts Group.
