Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.

The hotel staff, service and amenities were all pretty good. However, the room was not very clean. There was a drink from the previous guest in the fridge and the toilet paper hadn't been replaced, so I only had one roll. I don't think it's good just because there was a roll... I definitely don't think I'd stay here again!

The reception staff were generally expressionless. I had asked two questions when I made the reservation, but there was no response, and on the day, the reception ended without those two questions being addressed. It was fine, especially since I resolved the issue myself, but I felt like their service was a bit lacking. I felt like they wouldn't even bother to address the issue if it was impossible. As a service industry professional, I felt like they should have just not addressed it.

Easily my favourite hotel at all time Bang for your bucks Really clean hotel Basically close to brand-new The hotel staff are really polite The welcome Drink is really delicious. The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.

A nice newer hotel located around 750 meters from the train station. It is located close to walking streets and some historical sites. It’s more of a business hotel so some of the rules are reflected in their approach. The workers are very nice although not too many English speakers. The lobby is nice and simple and it has many samples only available at specific times I believe 3 pm till midnight. The rooms are very nice, bigger or than my Apa hotels and big tv  and comfortable bed. Comes with long hard almost feels like small rocks in pillow. Get a second pillow that is softer in the lobby subject to time restrictions. Lighting is ample and there is desk and chair. Bathroom is one of those deep tubs and spout that provides water to both sink and tub. Nice electric Toto toilet with lots of pressure. My only complaint about bathroom is low water pressure and at times I had not enough very hot water to fill the tub in less than 30 minutes and be warm. The towels are small. Get more towels downstairs at desk.  The room comes with a nice but not decadent buffet breakfast which starts at 6:30 till 8:30 unless you are there on a day it’s open till 9. Dinner is tasty but fairly bland. Everything looks nice but don’t come late because they don’t keep it well stocked near the end of hours. Mainly faux beef items and some grilled fish, funky eggs that change daily and sausage. There is good pastries but they do run low on them. Lots of marinated veggies, miso soup, low protein curries and soups. Coffee tea fruit drinks coke and sparkling water are available during meals and certain times during the check in time until say 6 unless there’s liquor out on weekend. Onsen is small but clean. Not maintained that often and closed from 9 am till 3 pm which is silly. Just clean it for a couple of hours like 2-4 am and leave open during prime time. Get a robe downstairs but don’t wear it nor pajamas to breakfast. No items in onsen so bring your skin products and Tahoe’s from the lobby. No seats for dressing nor drying your hair. No hair products or razors or shaving cream or brushes or combs in onsen. No extra towels so don’t forget yours.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Although the room was a bit small, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and even used translation software to answer guests' questions. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and facial masks. The hot spring is open from 3 PM to midnight. Breakfast includes curry rice, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and juice, among other options, all of which are well-balanced and tasty.

I came to Chichibu and wanted to enjoy the hot springs, so I stayed at Wood テ Ermei やま From the hotel to Chichifu Railway Chichifu Station or Shibu Chichifu Station, there is an hourly welcome bus The room is orange stalk, very spacious It is a pity that the open-air bathhouse is not hot spring water, only the large bathhouse is used for hot spring water Dinner feels a bit boring, Saitama County is not facing the sea, so the seafood is not very delicious, there is even a konjac sashimi in the charge, maybe it can be strengthened on meat! ! I like to chat very much, but I don't know the service of the staff here. I always feel more enthusiastic about other passengers than me. For example, I introduced a certain two guests to the room with a bag... I hope it is my illusion. I spent a day in Saitama in Musashi province! I stayed at Hotel Miyama because I wanted to come to Chichibu and enjoy the hot springs. The room I stayed in was a room called ”Kikyo” and was very wide 々. However, what was a little regrettable was that the open-air bath was not a hot spring but a normal hot water. The only large communal bath used hot spring water. I felt that the food was a little unsatisfactory. Perhaps because Saitama Prefecture is a prefecture without sea, the taste of seafood was not good, and the sashimi of konjaku came out and I got the impression that it was a little profitable ... I wanted to make meat dishes more fulfilling! About the staff's Saichibis, I was a little sorry that I usually liked the oysters and the oysters, but I couldn't feel much interaction here. I was also worried that the response of other guests seemed more polite. For example, it seems that two guests had luggage and were planning to go to the room ... I'm sure I want to believe it's my fault!

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

The room is a bit small, but there is a table that can hold a lot of things. It is not far from Omiya Station and can be reached in about ten minutes. It is also very convenient for watching concerts and going to Saitama Super Arena. There is a shopping mall in Omiya Station that is very convenient to visit.

GGuest UserAraki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.

GGuest UserBeautiful traditional Japanese stay. It was a bit further away from the city, but the experience made it worthwhile. Dinner was excellent, with many creative dishes. It was also included in the price. The onsen was very well kept, and the place was clean. Would 100% recommend staying here.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I stayed here thinking it was just an ordinary business hotel. It was generally clean, but unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest here and there. The staff were very nice. I didn't go in, but apparently there is a hot spring that switches between men and women depending on the time. They serve free dinner and curry, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's free. It's incredibly delicious. I'll definitely come back!
