I had a wonderful stay at Yuno Yado Wadoh with a friend, the scenery out there is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and attentive, the food was so delicious! The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The public onsen and private open air bath was heavenly. There were also some very fun hiking trails within walking distance from the Ryokan. I would highly recommend this Ryokan as a fun get away from the city to really get to see and experience the countryside of Japan while not having to travel so far.
The room was spacious overall with excellent natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!
Dinner was a seasonal kaiseki meal, and I couldn't wait as I read the menu description. Everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. The quality of the hot spring water was also excellent, and it left my skin feeling smooth.
I had just finished a night shift, but the hot spring water helped me to relieve the fatigue from work. I would like to use the hot spring again.
【Five-star recommendation! 】This hotel experience exceeded expectations! The warm and professional service at the front desk makes people feel warm. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city night view, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local snacks are particularly amazing! The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out. The home-like service is unforgettable and will definitely choose again!
The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was great. 3 onsen pools (2 outdoors, 1 indoor) and sauna. Clean and spacious. Service was awesome. Staffs friendly and helpful. Big parking lot for those driving to Chichibu. Within walking distance there is AEON, some shopping (ABC Mart, Daiso etc) and cinema
Although the hotel is not new, it is still clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is plentiful and offers good variety. The parking area is spacious and free of charge. The price is very reasonable and offers great value for money. The staff provide excellent service
The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good.
The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored.
On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.
Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
Friendly staff. Clean interior
Even though I was a foreigner, there was no inconvenience at all
It was winter, but it wasn't cold.
One room is a shared toilet
The shower is in the bath.
You must eat here.
Thank you for making your first hot spring in Japan a good memory
I'll go again.

旅旅を楽しみTIMEThis was my first time staying at Super Hotel Kawagoe. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was also very clean, allowing me to get a good rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Plus, the hot spring bath was deep enough to soak my shoulders, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I was told breakfast was a 'healthy breakfast' and it was complimentary, but the variety of dishes was so extensive I honestly thought they should charge for it! There were even local specialties, so I had a hearty meal and felt re-energized for the day. My family has expressed interest in staying here too, so I'll definitely bring them next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
LLouise_JYJYI came to Chichibu and wanted to enjoy the hot springs, so I stayed at Wood テ Ermei やま
From the hotel to Chichifu Railway Chichifu Station or Shibu Chichifu Station, there is an hourly welcome bus
The room is orange stalk, very spacious
It is a pity that the open-air bathhouse is not hot spring water, only the large bathhouse is used for hot spring water
Dinner feels a bit boring, Saitama County is not facing the sea, so the seafood is not very delicious, there is even a konjac sashimi in the charge, maybe it can be strengthened on meat! !
I like to chat very much, but I don't know the service of the staff here. I always feel more enthusiastic about other passengers than me. For example, I introduced a certain two guests to the room with a bag... I hope it is my illusion.
I spent a day in Saitama in Musashi province!
I stayed at Hotel Miyama because I wanted to come to Chichibu and enjoy the hot springs.
The room I stayed in was a room called ”Kikyo” and was very wide 々.
However, what was a little regrettable was that the open-air bath was not a hot spring but a normal hot water. The only large communal bath used hot spring water.
I felt that the food was a little unsatisfactory. Perhaps because Saitama Prefecture is a prefecture without sea, the taste of seafood was not good, and the sashimi of konjaku came out and I got the impression that it was a little profitable ... I wanted to make meat dishes more fulfilling! About the staff's Saichibis, I was a little sorry that I usually liked the oysters and the oysters, but I couldn't feel much interaction here. I was also worried that the response of other guests seemed more polite. For example, it seems that two guests had luggage and were planning to go to the room ... I'm sure I want to believe it's my fault!

EEatSmartThe room was spotless, and the hotel has a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing in the winter. The staff were very helpful when I needed to send my luggage to my next hotel in a different city. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserSmall and exquisite. Although the room is small, it is very meticulous and thoughtful
Breakfast options are also very good. The waiter is very welcoming
There is a big supermarket and subway station next to it
You can't wear your own shoes in the hotel, which is also a Japanese feature
Too many tourists have come to Japan recently. Booked late, there is a smoking room. This is my problem. Fortunately, it’s not cold, you can open the window to sleep.
Staying at the hotel can also soak in hot springs, Japanese characteristics
