The service attitude is very good, with staff who can speak basic English and fluent Mandarin. The free ramen and ice cream were delicious. The hot spring facilities are beautiful and very satisfactory. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Kurashiki Amano. After checking into the hotel, you can meet all your needs by walking. The room has a view of the Kurashiki Bikan area, which is beautiful.
There are three languages of Chinese, English and Japanese at the front desk, which is convenient for communication. This hotel is the first choice for new arrivals.
The staff was kind and polite.
The food was delicious for dinner and breakfast.
We had a summer festival event, and there was also a candy corner where we could get incense fireworks and candy!
I was able to spend very comfortable and relaxing.
I stayed for 3 nights this time, but the price and hot springs are very good ♨️
There are many kinds of amenities, and I felt that it was prepared separately for those who did not match the shampoo ☺️
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was easy to talk to. 😋
I would like to stay again 😁
At that time, thank you 😊
The location is excellent, easily accessible via an underpass. The surrounding area is lively, offering plenty of convenient dining and shopping options. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast featured a good variety and was quite delicious. A nice bonus was the complimentary ice cream available after enjoying the hot spring.
The facilities were clean, the food was good, and I was very satisfied.
The baths were spacious, and they even provided free drinks.
I thought the hospitality to guests was very good.
However, there seems to be a lack of parking, so cars end up parking near the hotel entrance and exit, and cars parked at the back can't get out right away, which is disappointing.
The hotel is a bit away from town, but one may enjoy the ambience environment. Onsen facilities are good, nice breakfast with great choices. Dinner are set menu. quality up to standard and services are very good.
The reception is very polite and exceptionally helpful, but need to use translator to communicate with us, we will enjoy more if direct communication in English makes available.
I stayed for four nights this time.
I think it's enough for the price.
However, there was a difference in the cleaning method depending on the day.
Candy, towels, no replenishment, no laughs.
The hot water tax was taken 200 yen for 150 yen on the site, and the color 々 I felt a little problem with the staff.
Ah, the foreign staff was polite and good.
The amount mistake? It was a Japanese staff.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
It's a little far from the Yugo Onsen day-trip facility, but since I was planning to relax at the hotel, I made the right choice. I was able to relax in the hot springs. The open-air bath was also great.
Going island hopping from Okayama to Uno Port (for Teshima and Naoshima) was the best decision of this art festival trip! Staying in Okayama provided food and drinks, and there were plenty of boats that didn't require a 6 a.m. queue. During the festival, you had to get up at least 6 a.m., which was much better than Takamatsu. The hotel's free bathhouse was a lifesaver for those trudging through the art festival. The vending machines were convenient for buying water, and they even had power banks for rent. The washing machine was 300 yen per wash, though I didn't use it for drying, which was enough. Laundry is so important on a long trip. Okayama Station is a five-minute walk away, with an underground passage right outside. It's surrounded by Okayama's bustling district, with major shopping malls all around. Aeon Mall, a ten-minute walk away, has my favorite Japanese brands, Niko and Frank Store. Sun Station (Is that the name?), a shopping mall just down the street from the station, also has sports and boutique stores. On my last day, I even walked to Beams, which took about twenty minutes. Next door was Big Camera, where I couldn't stop shopping. There were several convenience stores along the way, the closest being the FamilyMart downstairs. You can see the sign for Kani Doraku right as you exit the station, and the food is really good value for money. I walked to Korakuen Garden in just over ten minutes, stopped by Little Fox Cafe, and also had brunch at the nearby Gaofen Brunch Shop. I walked to the Okayama Tenjinyama Cultural Center designed by Kunio Maekawa and happened to see the Okayama Local Art Festival. It was really nice to see the architecture and art. I was originally going to go to Okayama University to see Kazuyo Sejima, but I didn't have time, so I gave up. It was perfect to go back to Okayama Station, Osaka Airport, from Okayama. I look forward to coming again next time!

GGuest UserWent with my family, the Japanese service is very good and polite! The Chinese service girl is very indifferent! At the checkout, because Ctrip showed a guarantee amount, we asked her. She said she didn’t know. Anyway, it says that we will pay when we pay at the store. In fact, we just want him to ask about it! Anyway this

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two days for a children's tournament.
The children stayed at a different hotel, so it was just the two of us.
There was a hot spring, and you could check the occupancy level from your room, so it was great 😊 We were able to use the hot spring both days!
It was close to the children's hotel and the station, so we had no trouble finding dinner!
The hotel breakfast had a local Okayama menu, and we were full from breakfast lol
I feel like I want to use the same hotel again next time!!
It was a great memory 😊

GGuest UserThe room was compact and clean. The air conditioner filter hadn't been cleaned in time, so there was a slight smell, but it didn't affect my stay at all.
The breakfast was also delicious, and it was nice to be able to eat the local gourmet dish, horumon udon!
YYANGThe hotel is particularly good and the transportation is convenient! Beautiful environment, rich breakfast, unique location! The children are very comfortable and the service is very kind and friendly.
