MM15345****A decent hotel. The service was excellent. They offered free dandan noodles for a late-night snack. The hot springs were excellent. It happened to be the Lantern Festival, and the open-air baths, enjoying the cool breeze and bright moonlight, were quite relaxing. Just be sure to pay attention to the bus schedule from the hotel to the station. When booking, I thought it would run every hour, but it turned out to be only available at 15:10. Although we missed the shuttle, the bus was quite convenient. Just be sure to prepare small change in cash or PayPay. I personally think the 100-year-old plum wine is superb. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserThank you very much ❤️
Excellent service!
Natural hot springs! You can also soak anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day.
Thank you ❤️
I will enjoy going to ❤️ again next time.
Because I really stayed late that day, driving by car is not that simple!
The waiter Abei is still very intimate to help us put the luggage ❤️ up ❤️ thank you 🌹
XXiaodianshanAbsolutely loved the natural hot springs, and the complimentary ramen in the evening was a delightful touch. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, featuring a wonderful selection of Japanese dishes that I truly enjoyed. Being able to customize my own seafood rice bowl, especially with the fresh tuna, was a fantastic bonus! The room was also a good size. Overall, I was very satisfied.
モモカッチIt was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the large windows offered a great view. We also got free access to the hot springs next door, so it was great value for money.
カカズーThe hospitality spirit was incredible, and everything was perfect! The building itself has a sense of history, but it has been thoroughly renovated, and good taste can be seen everywhere. The concept, layout, amenities, souvenir corner, and service are all excellent! I'm the type of person who enjoys eating at popular local restaurants, so I stayed here without meals, but the food seemed to be excellent as well. I've vowed to always stay here with two meals included if I'm staying near Isohara again! Thank you for all your help.
CCHUN-YEN SUIt was quite a comfortable stay. The help in making the bed was very considerate. The large bathtub was also excellent. In terms of cleaning, I noticed that there were spider webs on the pillars and I hope they can be improved. Everything else was good.
GGuest UserThe bathing space is relatively large, so many people can use it at the same time without feeling crowded. The breakfast was buffet style with many choices. It was a holiday. Fortunately, the staff assisted in arranging seats and the dining process went smoothly.
GGuest UserI was first guided to the room I booked, and the front desk said that this plan was made, and I was sick, but it was OK because it changed properly.
Location was great 〜
