Beautiful onsen hotel with Miyajima islands view. Shuttle bus service from and to train station is very convenient.Breakfast and dinner are very amazing and delicious. I forgot smart watch and chargers in the room,The hotel promptly sent to me when I contacted the hotel only smart watch no chargers but no problem. No room cleaning while staying 2 nights just towels hanging in front of the door. I wish the onsen pond was bigger than nowadays because of too much customers in the onsen pond. I will come back again to the hotel for sure.

It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast. With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

The number of guests on the app did not match the hotel plan. However, the plan was listed as an available slot, so I should have wondered about it, but I made the reservation without thinking about it. On the day, the number of guests did not match, so I was a little flustered, but the hotel accepted it and dealt with it, which was a relief. The kaiseki dinner at night was also delicious and looked great! The location was great and we traveled by car, but there were two parking lots, so it was convenient to go to Miyajima. At night, there is a dragon boat that allows you to see Itsukushima Shrine, and it is a service that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I didn't have time to ride it this time, but next time I would like to adjust my schedule to include a private bath and use it. The guests seemed to be couples of all ages, families with small children, and business entertaining!

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave. As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

Nice.ryokan in Miyajima. The ryokan is located quite far up a hill from the station but they provide free transportation to and from the hotel. Both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were excellent. The service was impeccable. It is located about a five minute walk from Itsukushima shrine . Room was good with two single beds. Onsen has both indoor and outdoor pool. Would highly recommend this place.

It's my first time staying in ryokan with onsen and it was amazing since check in procedure full of warm relation and complete introduction to local habits till my first onsen visit. Something special is dinner in traditional Japanese way and sleeping on futons. Onsen with different baths and types of water is perfect after hard travel day and went us into the sleep in a seconds Very small and remarkable city around the hotel easy to walk around and keep a lot of nice photos to remember Super convinient location in 5 min to railroad station to Kobe and 30 min total to Shin-Kobe station. Staff support us even when we need to send luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto. Wish to visit it again

If you want to stay alone in a pretty nice place in Miyajima, I recommend it. Breakfast and dinner are both included, but since Miyajima is expensive, the price is the price, and above all, you can feel treated with unlimited alcohol. The public bath was also great, and ice cream, coffee, etc. are free. On top of that, the staff are so, so, so kind. If I had the money, I would stay a few more days and bring my family.

We are one berth and two meals, and the food level is OK. The hotel is a bit old overall, but most of it is well maintained. Loan cutting wind is relatively shabby, cheap, and even a bit dirty. It is not recommended to take a loan to cut wind. The big bath is bigger and cleaner.

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. For example, in our case this time, when we told our family in advance that there are people with bad legs, they can install a bed in a Japanese-style room, and change the basic dishes provided to each person's taste. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. In addition, the breakfast at the dining hall I received the next morning was surprisingly luxurious with a large number of items, but the amount was gradually appropriate and very satisfying. The seasoning is natural, healthy, and exquisite taste adjustment and appropriate temperature, which does not rely on artificial taste operations such as umami seasonings, while protecting the gentle flavor that makes the best use of the goodness of fresh ingredients. The room is small but there is a table and sofa, enough space to open two suitcases! The 1/F hot spring is big enough and comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet is included, although there is not much variety of food, but the standard is good. Location near Sakezo-dori and JR stations, Lawson downstairs, although Saijo itself is not many restaurants, but overall good!
