The facilities are grand, not too many floors, and very spacious. They are well-maintained and clean. The hygiene is excellent, and the greenery is beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. There are many foreign guests, so safety and cleanliness are definitely guaranteed. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Best Five Star accommodation in Tangerang. Not too far to travel from the international airport and it’s surrounded by all the necessary amenities. The hotel offers Modern classy facilities and extremely friendly and supportive staff. The morning breakfast buffet is out of this world. The breakfast buffet offers too many yummy choices, you need to spend at least a week to go through them all. Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Of all the buffet breakfast items, only the omelettes were tasty; the rest were overly sweet, overly salty, and bland. The rooms were okay, standard for the price, and the location was strategic, close to the toll road.
